ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Develop review EHS policies processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, local environmental, health, safety, sustainability regulations in conformance with Company procedures policies.
2)Develop assist in the implementation of programs fthe Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) including social, environmental ethics programs necessary management system around these programs.
3）Perform internal EHSS RBA audits to maintain a high level of adherence, proactively systematically assess the risks, develop implement cost-efficient solutions across the ACPG sites.
4）Track, measure report on the effectiveness of EHSS initiatives developing action plans with local sites.
5) Partner with local sites to conduct EHSS assessments ensure appropriate corrective action to mitigate risk.
6) Act as a global consultant to promote EHS culture at all levels; maintain relevant safety training certifications of relevance the EHSS learning coaching; provide guidance on local EHSS projects.
7) Continuously evaluate develop innovative solutions to improve; address questions suggestions timely; be familiar with EHSS-related databases including training records SDS database.
8) Handle with customer’s social compliance sustainability survey.
9) Lead the management, implementation, maintenance of the ISO 14001 ISO 45001 management systems.
10) Drive the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) program reporting initiatives in accordance with Amphenol HQ’s requirements, including carbon emission calculation, track sustainability performance metrics etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) B.A./B.S./M.S. in Environment, Health, Safety, Engineering field, hold a China National Certified Safety Engineer certificate.
2) In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations best practices, 8+ years of professional experience in Environment, Health, Safety sustainability (EHS). relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in electronics production/operation environment
3) Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time, taking ownership of tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency, passionate about solving problems.
4) Practical experience with ESG frameworks RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) certification/audits.
5) Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) process having successfully implemented the management systems necessary to conform with the Code of Conduct.
6) Solid presentation, interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate influence decisions.
7) Hands-on experience with implementing maintaining ISO 14001 ISO 45001 certifications.
8) Fluent in English with preference given to bilingual candidates fluent in Mandarin.
