凯思尔顿商品贸易（中国）有限公司

Castleton Commodities International（简称CCI）是一家领先的大宗商品投资、贸易公司。1990年以来，致力于开展全球范围内以能源为主的大宗品及相关资产的交易与投资，其业务覆盖与能源相关的整条产业链。

2006年到2012年间，公司以路易达孚高桥能源的名字运营，是大宗商品贸易的巨头路易达孚集团和摩根大通旗下的高桥资本在能源方面的合资公司，主要分布在美国康涅狄格州，德克萨斯州，加拿大和瑞士。其资产设施主要分布在德克萨斯州，路易斯安那州，密西西比和西佛吉尼亚州。

在2010年，路易达孚高桥能源在新加坡都成立了全资的公司，主要进行亚洲的资产能源类收购工作。在2011年，路易达孚高桥能源在宁波成立了路易达孚高桥能源贸易（中国）有限公司，同年，在舟山的六横岛，投资一个化工品和油品的码头和储罐项目。在2012年，路易达孚高桥能源在上海成立了路易达孚高桥能源贸易（中国）有限公司上海分公司。2012年12月，公司股权结构发生了改变并更名为凯思尔顿。

Castleton Commodities International (CCI) is an established global commodities merchant. Since 1990, CCI and its predecessor companies have created value across the value chain of energy-related commodities.

From Dec 2006 – Dec 2012, the company operated under the name Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC (LDH Energy), which is the merchant energy platform of the Louis Dreyfus Group and Highbridge Capital Management. LDH Energy has principal offices in Connecticut, Texas, Canada, and Switzerland. Our assets are based in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and West Virginia.

Since 2010, LDH Energy has setup an investment company in Singapore to acquire energy assets in Asia. Since 2011, LDH Energy has set up Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy Trading (China) Co. Ltd. in Ningbo and has invested in a petrochemical storage and terminal facility in Liuheng Island, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Since 2012, LDH Energy has set up Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy Trading (China) Co. Ltd. Shanghai Branch. In Dec 2012, the company changed ownership and rebranded as CCI.
