　　Inner Mongolia Xingtai Construction Group Co., Ltd. is one of the five companies in China and the only enterprise in Inner Mongolia that have the special qualification as a general contractor for building construction projects and the Class A design qualification for the construction industry; are qualified to contract for overseas projects; are a general contractor for building different types of projects in areas such as highways, railways, municipal works, harbors, navigation channels, water resources and electric power; and undertake Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and project management. With 16 branch and subsidiary companies, Xingtai is a trans-regional comprehensive construction group with diversified business in building construction, design, electrical installation, bridges and tunnels, rail transit, railway engineering, high-speed highways, municipal roads, fire engineering, electronic and intelligent engineering, communication engineering, decoration, steel structures, metal doors and windows, building curtain walls, water resources and electric power, commodity concrete, detection, landscaping, and labor dispatch.

　　Xingtai has the Class One qualification as a general contractor for building highway projectsand municipal public works; the Class One qualification as a professional contractor for building steel structure projects, building curtain walls, building decoration projects, fire-fighting equipment, and electronic and intelligent projects; the special Class A qualification for designing fire-fighting equipment projects, building curtain wall projects, building decoration projects, building intelligent systems; the Class Two qualification as a general contractor for building water resources and hydropower projects and as a professional contractor for building lifting equipment installation, bridge, and tunnel projects; and the Class Three qualification as a general contractor for building railway and communication projects. Xingtaialso has the Class One qualification for engaging in steel structural manufacturing and computer information system integration in China and for designing, developing and maintaining technical protection systems for public security in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Xingtai is experimental company for Class A detection of civil works, construction, and municipal works. It has the national qualification as a professional contractor for producing ready-mixed concrete, the qualification as a construction labor service enterprise, and the qualification as a professional contractor for producing formworks and scaffolds. Thecompanyalso has the national permit for installing, transforming, and repairing specialequipment (pressure pipes). Xingtai is the first large construction company in Inner Mongolia to be certified by the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the ISO 14000 Environment Management Systems, and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
　　During recent years, Xingtai has constructed a large number of quality projects and has won the Lu Ban Construction Prize – China’s highest project quality prize – for 11 projects, the China Steel Structure Gold Prize for 3 projects, China’s National Quality Project Prize for 14 projects, the China Quality Installation Projects Prize (the Star of Installation Prize) for 3 projects, the Grassland Cup – the highest project quality prize in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region – for 53 projects, China’s National Class AAA Safe Construction Site Prize for 10 sites, Inner Mongolia’s Safety Demonstration Construction Site Prize and Safe and Civilized Construction Site Prize for 135 sites, and quality prizes at and above the municipal level for 128 projects.
　　Xingtai currently has 127 Grade A certified architects, 196 Grade B certified architects, 22 Grade A certified designers, 10 professor-level senior engineers, 113 senior engineers, 246 engineers, and more than 1,000 engineering technicians of different types.
　　Xingtai won 17 China’s national prizes for construction methods, 45 China’s national patents, China’s national awards for 57 quality control achievements, 102 Inner Mongolia regional prizes for construction methods, and 7 Inner Mongolia regional prizes for scientific and technological results. It edited three national standards of China, helped edit two of its national standards and is leader of the construction industry in Inner Mongolia worthy of the name.
