Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Sateri Holdings Limited (“Sateri”; "the Group” stock code: 1768) is one of the largest specialty cellulose producers in the world. Its fully integrated business consists of tree plantations in Brazil and dissolving wood pulp (DWP) and viscose staple fiber (VSF) production mills in Brazil and China, namely Bahia Specialty Cellulose and Sateri (Jiangxi) Chemical Fiber, respectively. The Group currently has an annual production capacity of approximately 485,000 tons of dissolving wood pulp, accounting for more than 10% of the global supply. The Group’s annual production capacity for VSF is 160,000 tons. Sateri is a constituent of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Hong Kong Small Cap Index.
Sateri also owns and operates its own wood plantations in Brazil, ensuring a secure and stable supply of wood, the principal raw material used in the production of dissolving wood pulp. The Group distributes its dissolving wood pulp and viscose staple fiber to customers across Asia, the Americas and Europe. According to China customs’ records, in 2010 Sateri was the largest supplier of dissolving wood pulp by volume to the country, the world’s largest dissolving wood pulp market by demand.

About Sateri (Jiangxi) Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.
Sateri Jiangxi (SJX), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sateri Holding Limited, is a viscose staple fiber mill located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, along the Yangtze River, one of China's main transportation networks. The first and only wholly foreign-owned VSF mill in China, SJX manufactures viscose staple fibers for high-end textiles as well as non-woven products, catering to demand in both domestic and international markets.
SJX completed its expansion plan in 2010 by adding two more production lines. These new productions lines not only increased the annual production capacity of SJX to 160,000 tons of VSF, they also add specialty fibers to the mill’s original product line of regular fibers.
Viscose staple fiber is a manufactured natural product used to produce high-end textiles and non-woven materials like disposal wipes and hygiene products. Specialty fibers are used in high-end non-woven, micro denier and flame retardant applications, which is in strong demand from Europe and the United States.

赛得利（江西）化纤有限公司赛得利控股的子公司之一，主要产品为粘胶短纤。公司位于江西省九江市，与中国主要交通网络之一的长江相接。作为中国***家也是***一家全外资粘胶纤维生产企业，赛得利（江西）生产粘胶短纤，供应海内外市场的需求，用于制造高端纺织品和无纺产品。

Sateri Fujian is a green field viscose staple fiber production base wholly-owned and developed by Sateri Holdings Limited. Sateri Fujian is located in the North Bank Industrial Zone of Meizhou Bay, Putian, in Fujian Province, China, The project involves an estimated total investment of US$435 million, and will be capable of producing both specialty and regular fibers, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons upon its completion.

赛得利（福建）是赛得利控股投资新建的一个差别化纤维生产基地，位于福建莆田的湄洲湾北岸工业区，投资总额约4.35亿美元，项目建设完成后年产20万吨差别化纤维。
差别化纤维源于天然更优于天然，不单是棉花的代用品，还是改进纺织品性能的重要原料，国内外需求量很大。其应用包括高端无纺、微纤维和阻燃产品等等，欧洲和美国市场对此类产品需求强劲。
