Golden Tiger Supply Chain Services Limited is a dedicated and exclusive supply chain operations company to Dunelm Soft Furnishings Limited. Dunelm is the largest homeware retailer in the UK with over 170 stores with an extensive website.

Dunelm has been in existence for 44 years and started out as a market trader selling curtains, now a listed top 250 Company on the UK stock exchange with most of the shares owned by the family, who play an active part in the company’s growth plans.

Golden Tiger was founded in July 2014 and now has a turnover more than 100M USD with 85 vendors across homeware categories. Our regional split covers China, Indonesia, and Bangladesh with expansion planed in South East Asia.

Working on a completely transparent basis and being rewarded ‘only’ as a percentage of the FOB cost, we are part of customers cost center, delivering services using dedicated and skilled personnel.

Based on the principles of high moral standing, Golden Tiger performs its activities with integrity in country to ensure the customer operates within a safe, structured, and coordinated environment by adding value to the customers supply chain in delivering a portfolio of products to the customers’expectations with the final negotiation of the FOB price being agreed by the customer.

Golden Tigers main areas of activities include.

? Quality Assurance –supporting the vendors in supply chain best practices to reduce risk by operating appropriate systems and procedures, including sample review and approval on Dunelm’s behalf.
? Quality Control – performing inline, pre shipment inspection (PSI) to defined and transparent AQL criteria and standards.
? Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) – working to the ETI base code, working with, and supporting vendors to ensure they acquire a semi announced audit and manage a mandatory degree of due diligence supporting continuous improvement as a condition of supply.
? Vendor management – support new and existing factories in country with existing and new procedures.
? Sourcing - new factories and product to enhance the Dunelm product portfolio.
? Merchandising – coordinating visibility to Dunelm from the vendor base

The principles above are exercised by Golden Tiger, with the minimum of cost, to enable the customer to maintain an efficient and pro-active supply chain in country in a transparent and coordinated manner.
