Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy manage network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, load balancers)
- Monitnetwork traffic security events (via on-call rotation) to detect threats initiate response actions.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans penetration testing on fintech/AI infrastructure, providing remediation suggestions.
- Develop maintain security policies aligned with NIST, ISO 27001 fintech regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate security controls AI/fintech projects system upgrades.
- Handle security incidents, conduct root cause analysis implement preventive measures.
- Track emerging threats evaluate security solutions fAI fintech risk mitigation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity related field; CISSP, CISM, CEH CCNP Security preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer, with exposure to AI/fintech environments.
- Expertise in configuring security devices (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) ffirewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF VPN.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, cloud networks (AWS/Azure/GCP) hybrid architectures fAI/fintech systems.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar) fsecurity monitoring incident response.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools penetration testing methodologies.
- Understanding of PDPO, GDPR fintech compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Cloud security experience AI system security awareness are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills; Cantonese proficiency is highly desirable flocal collaboration.
- Hong Kong residents individuals with Hong Kong right of abode are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to AI/fintech security risk mitigation.
- Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- High integrity attention to detail when handling sensitive fintech data.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations fafter-hours incidents.
