Required Knowledge Capabilities
• High level of PC literacy
• Knowledge of EHS Legislation – safety, environmental technology emissions air water discharge, waste disposal

Key Work Experience
• At least 6 -10 years in HSE field.
• At least 3 years in multi-national company.
• At least 4 years on professional engineer position.
• Experienced in EHS programs in operational facilities with high-risk activities.
• More than 2 years working experience as Service Provider of party B companies, plus.
Qualifications Education:
• Bachelor’s degree from an academic university in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, related discipline.
• Certified Safety Engineer of CN international certificate equivalent
• Certified ISO14001 & ISO 45001, plus.
