香港创志集团有限公司成立于2002年。十几年来，集团公司陆续购地1200余亩，并跨区域、多领域在国外南非、澳洲，国内广东中山、东莞、深圳，福建三明，湖南株洲，广西南宁、柳州，湖北天门，云南文山等地独资建立了十多个生产基地和子公司，是一家集环保能源投资（城市生活垃圾焚烧发电、污水处理）、矿产、房地产、装备制造业等为一体的综合性大型民营科技实业集团公司。集团净资产12亿元人民币，年营业收入超40亿元人民币。
ChuangZhi Group(HongKong) Co.,Ltd was founded in 2002.In recently years,our group purchases land over 1200mu and is keeping expanding business in cross-region with multi-fields in domestic such as ZhongShan、DongGuan、ShenZhen GuangDong province ,SangMing FuJian Province,ZhuZhou HuNan province ,NanNing LiuZhou GuangXi province,TianMen HuBei province , WenShan YunNan province,as well as oversea such as south Africa , Australia ,established more than ten sole proprietorship subsidiary coporations and manufactural bases under leadership of Legal representative. Our company is a large and comprehensive Group corporation with industrial technology, integrating with environmental protection for energy investment(municipal solid waste incineration power generation、wastewater treatment)、mineral industrial、real estate、equipment manufature industrial ,coming out with an annual revenue of over 4 billion Yuan ,and 1.2 billion net asset.

目前，集团独资已运营及在建的垃圾焚烧发电厂有六座，合计日焚烧处理生活垃圾近6000吨，年处理生活垃圾220万吨。
At present ,our group has operated and built six sole-proprietor waste incineration power plants ,with a total treatment ability of domestic waste of near 6000 tons perday ,and 2200 million tons a year.
