合肥市产业投资控股（集团）有限公司成立于2015年3月5日，由原合肥市国有资产控股有限公司和合肥市工业投资控股有限公司合并组建而成。
集团是合肥市产业投融资和创新推进的国有资本营运公司。集团注册资本119.54亿元，国内主体信用评级AAA级，国际信用评级BBB级，拥有全资子公司23家，控股子公司3家，参股公司20家。截至2018年三季度，集团公司资产总额508.36亿元，净资产189.97亿元。
集团业务板块涵盖五大领域：产业投资、产业园区、产业运营、产业金融、创新平台。产业投资方面，管理运营市创投引导基金、天使投资基金，重点投资于合肥市优势主导产业和战略性新兴产业，努力建成覆盖全生命周期的投资体系。产业园区方面，以旗下工投工业科技公司为主要载体，从事都市产业园和标准化厂房建设、运营与服务。产业运营方面，建设长鑫12吋存储器晶圆制造基地项目、资源循环利用和生态处置项目、北城·幸福庄园养老项目等；控股国风塑业（000859），参股惠而浦（中国）（600983）、江汽股份（600418）、国机通用（600444）、美菱电器（000521）、安利股份（300218）等上市公司；以电影公司、教育投资、梅山饭店为主的文化、教育和服务业。产业金融方面：构建资产管理、融资担保、小微金融等三位一体的金融服务体系。创新平台方面，围绕合肥综合性国家科学中心建设，参与投建离子医学中心、智慧能源创新中心、大基因中心等三大创新平台；以及打造以创新院公司为代表的产学研协同创新平台。

Hefei Industry Investment Group (HIIG) established by consolidation and restructuring of former Hefei State-owned Assets Holdings Co., LTD. & Hefei Industry Investment Holdings Co., LTD., was officially unveiled on March 5, 2015.
HIIG is a state-owned capital investment company with a registered capital of RMB 11.95 billion, an asset scale of RMB50.84billion, a net asset scale of RMB 18.99 billion and AAA corporate credit rating. HIIG has 26 wholly-owned & majority-owned subsidiaries and 20 participating stock companies.
HIIG’s business segments cover 5 major areas: industrial investment, industrial park, industrial operation, industrial finance and innovation platform.
Industrial investment
Operating the entrepreneurial guidance fund and angel fund of Hefei, focusing on the dominant and strategic emerging industries, to build an investment system of the full life cycle.
Industrial park
To be engaged in the construction, operation and service of urban industrial park and standardized plant.
Industrial operation
Invests in some major projects like Changxin 12 inch memory wafer manufacturing base project, “Beicheng Happiness Manor” elderly care service project and Hefei resource recycling and ecological disposal project. Has a stake in some listed companies in intelligent manufacturing: Whirlpool (China) co. LTD, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd(JAC) , Sinomach General Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd, Hefei Meiling Co., Ltd., and Anhui Anli Material Technology Co., Ltd. And operates the Culture, education and service industry besides.
Industrial finance
To build a financial services system including asset management, financing guarantee and financial services for minor enterprises.
Innovation platform
Invests three innovation platforms of Hefei: the HEFEI ION MEDICAL CENTER, Hefei Distributed Intelligent Energy Innovation Platform and Hefei Gene Centre, to construct the comprehensive national science center. And builds the I-U-R collaborative innovation platform by CAS (Hefei) Institute of Technology Innovation Co., Ltd.
In the future, HIIG will focus on the core idea of achieving “One Masterstroke”, “Two Breakthroughs” and “Three Platforms”. With one masterstroke of establishing the first- domestic investment group, achieving two breakthroughs of top-level design and state-owned enterprises reforms, and building three platforms of the whole industry chain investment platform, the specialized industry service platform and the national collaborative innovation platform. HIIG will continue leading local innovation and state-owned enterprises reforms in Hefei, providing sustained power for local industrial transformation and upgrading and strive to become the first- investment group of China.
