Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd – PGS Logistics Ltd is a subsidiary of the Francesco Parisi Group of Companies with its head office in Trieste, Italy. The group was established by Mr. Francesco Parisi （1778-1813） in Trieste and present in Central Europe since 1807. The Group is in engaged in Freight Forwarding, Port Operating （Trieste port Pier VI） and Shipping Agency. The Company is controlled and managed from the origin by the Parisi family – now the eighth generation in business.
The Asian organization was founded 2003 as JV with a local Hong Kong partner. Presently PGS has offices in Hong Kong （regional head office）, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao, Taipei, Keelung, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
