Kowa (Shanghai) Pharma Consulting Co., Ltd. is established in Dec.2007, 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Kowa Company Ltd. In the charge of the marketing, advertising, marketing research, clinical development of drugs, health products, cosmetics, medical equipments that are agreed to authorize by Kowa Company in China.
Kowa Pharmaceuticals (China) Co. Ltd was formally registered on July 9, 2013, registered capital of USD$30 million, total investment up to USD$90 million, aiming at research and development and production, business involves RX, OTC products and general merchandise, etc.
