1. 机械工程、电子工程或通信工程等相关专业本科以上的学历。

2. 5年以上新产品开发相关工作经验，至少3年管理经验。

3. 熟悉塑胶/金属材料特性及注塑加工工艺。
Be familiar with plastic/metal material characteristics injection/ machining process.
4. 熟悉ISO13485医疗体系，有电缆装配新产品导入背景者优先考虑。
Be familiar with ISO13485 medical system, cable assembly NPI is preferred.
5. 英语口语良好，能独立用英语陈述。
Goodal English can present in English independently.
6. 有较强的Trouble shooting能力和正确解决问题的逻辑思维顺序, 熟悉6-sigma, 能应用相关技能做数据分析优先。
Outstanding trouble shooting skills with correct logic thinking sequence fproblem solving, be familiar with 6-sigma, be able to do data analysis is preferred.
