杭州高烯科技有限公司是国家高新技术企业，创建于2016年，注册资本6600万元，研发中心10000平米。公司秉承（First）（Best）（Most）“3T”经营理念，致力于单层石墨烯及其宏观组装材料的研发、生产及技术服务。
公司科研实力雄厚，拥有中国发明专利二百多项，国际发明专利十多项，省级工业新产品十余个。成功开发出石墨烯“1+3+3型”产业链技术和产品，即以单层氧化石墨烯为核心，制备3种量产材料（石墨烯多功能复合纤维、石墨烯电热膜、石墨烯导热膜），以及3种战略储备技术（石墨烯基碳纤维、石墨烯气凝胶、石墨烯光电子芯片）。应用前景广阔，获得国际石墨烯产品认证中心(IGCC)的单层氧化石墨烯、单层氧化石墨烯改性功能纤维尼龙6产品认证证书。单层氧化石墨烯改性功能纤维荣获石墨烯联盟全球“2021年度石墨烯产品创新奖”（石墨烯奥斯卡奖）。
公司创始人高超为国家杰青、国家万人、浙江大学求是特聘教授、博士生导师、科睿唯安全球高被引科学家，承担国家自然基金重大、重点项目及科技部、军科委重点项目十多项，经费超一亿元。原创科研成果入选《自然》2011年度全球影响力图像、2013年中国十大科技进展新闻，已列装应用于航天重大装备，多次受到各级领导的视察和肯定。曾作为科技人员代表参加中国科协十大，作为20个民营企业家代表之一受邀参加2021年浙江省委经济工作会议。高超教授团队研究成果《氧化石墨烯液晶及可控宏观组装材料》获得2021年度浙江省自然科学奖一等奖。
自成立以来，公司各方面飞速发展。获评“杭州市创新团队”、“余杭区科技创新示范企业（平台）”，入选“2019年杭州市雏鹰计划企业”，荣获“2021年度石墨烯产业杰出贡献奖”。现已成长为全国科技型中小企业、博鳌亚洲论坛国际科技与创新论坛大会健康科技合作伙伴。

The company is strong in scientific research, with more than 20 full-time R&D personnel from well-known universities at home abroad. There are more than 200 Chinese invention patents, over 10 international invention patents more than 10 provincial-level industrial new products. It has successfully developed graphene 1+3+3 industrial chain technology products, that is, with single-layer graphene oxide as the core, three mass-produced materials, including graphene multifunctional composite fiber, graphene electric heating film graphene thermal film, 3 strategic reserve technologies, including graphene-based carbon fiber, graphene aerogel graphene optoelectronic chip. It has obtained the global first product certification of single-layer graphene oxide single-layer graphene oxide modified functional textiles from International Graphene Product Certificate Center.
