主要工程项目有：北京侨福花园广场、北京金融街B3大厦、北京大红门住宅小区、天津津门项目总包工程精装修工程、江苏省电力公司科技咨询中心综合楼建筑安装工程、无锡新区科技交流中心土建及装修工程、华夏银行南京分行装饰工程、华夏银行镇江分行装饰工程、江苏省司法厅改造、江苏省人民检察院办案技术中心装饰工程、南京奥体A1地块新建办公楼装饰工程、南京丁山商务会所装饰工程、中国工商银行江苏省分行营业部营业综合楼装饰等。

工程业绩：北京金融街B3大厦工程被评为2007年度建筑“长城杯”金质奖工程、2009年荣获江苏省建筑装饰优质工程奖“紫金杯”；北京大红门住宅小区A-05地块9#、10#楼获2009年度江苏省省外优秀工程“扬子杯”奖、2006年度结构“长城杯”银质奖工程；江苏省司法厅改造被评为2005年南京市建设工程“金陵杯”装饰装修优质工程；中国工商银行江苏省分行营业部营业综合楼工程荣获2003年度江苏省建筑装饰优质工程金奖、2004年全国建筑工程装饰奖；国家开发银行南京分行办公楼内装饰工程（1-5层）装璜，荣获2003年度江苏省建筑装饰优质工程银奖；无锡新区科技交流中心被评为2009年江苏省建筑施工文明工地；江苏省电力公司科技咨询中心综合楼被评为2009年江苏省建筑施工文明工地。

The Decoration Engineering Branch Co. of CJI mainly contracts for large projects of exterior & interior civil engineering and decoration engineering for civil and industrial works ranging from design to construction. Over the past years, the Company has undertaken both the design and execution of decoration engineering for a numerous large and medium-d construction works including star-hotels, banks, office buildings, exhibition buildings and large-scale public recreational facilities. With its sound strength, consummate workmanship, scientific management and excellent service, the Company has gained a high reputation in the trade.

The main projects executed by the Company include: Qiaofu Garden Plaza, Building B3 in Banking Avenue and Dahongmen Residential Quarters in Beijing, the general-contracted elaborate-decoration engineering of Jinmen project in Tianjin, the fitting & fixing engineering for the multipurpose building of Science & Technology Consultancy Centre of Jiangsu Provincial Electric-Power Company, the construction and decoration engineering of Science & Technology Exchange Centre in the new district of Wuxi, the decoration engineering of Huaxia Bank Nanjing Branch and Zhenjiang Branch, the renovation engineering of Jiangsu Provincial Dept. of Justice, the decoration engineering of Technical Analysis Centre of Cases owned by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Procuratorate, the decoration engineering of the new office building on Lot A1 of Nanjing Olympic Games Centre, the decoration engineering of Dinshan Commercial Chamber in Nanjing, the decoration engineering of multipurpose office building of China Industrial & Commercial Bank Jiangsu Branch.

The honors achieved for the aforesaid woks include: the “Great Wall Cup” of construction category, the gold prize for the year 2007 awarded to the Building B3 in Banking Avenue in Beijing; the “Zijin Cup”, the building decoration prize of Jiangsu province for the outstanding works outside the province for the year 2009; the “Yangtze Cup” (the outstanding works award of Jiangsu province for the year 2009) and the “Great Wall Cup”(the silver structure award for the year 2006) awarded to the Building No.9 & 10 on Lot A5 of Dahongmen Residential Quarters in Beijing ; the “Jinling Cup”, the high-quality decoration & fitting engineering prize of Nanjing municipality for the year 2005 awarded to the renovation project of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice; the gold prize of high-quality works for the year 2003 awarded to the multipurpose business building of China Industrial & Commercial Bank Jiangsu Branch; the Decoration Award of all China’s construction works for the year 2004; the silver award for the high-quality works for the year 2003 awarded to the interior decoration engineering of office building ( floor 1-5) of National Development Bank Nanjing Branch; the honor of civilized construction site for the year 2009 awarded to the project of Science & Technology Exchange Centre located in the new district of Wuxi city; the honor of civilized construction site for the year 2009 awarded to the project of multipurpose building of Science & Technology Consultancy Centre of Jiangsu Provincial Electric-Power Company.
