Who we are looking for
A proactive EEE engineer who can manage and lead our embedded and systems development in a fast-paced, purpose driven start up. The ideal candidate is experienced in embedded engineering and has experience in both systems architecture and fast-paced development for IoT products. The candidate should be able to both think high-level (e.g., product requirements, architecture) as well as execute directly on embedded development.
In addition to being an excellent developer, the candidate should work well with others and in team settings. The candidate will collaborate with different functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and more. He / She will also have the opportunity for significant leadership and responsibility on the team.

Preferred qualifications and Skills:
?Candidate should have experience with Altium designer, Cadence and other PCB Design ECAD
?Should be able to verify New Product design
?Need at least one MCAD Experience (Space Claim / Solid works)
?Need Skill on Thermal and RF design Verification Tools. (Hyperlynx , ANSYS Sherlock)
?Should be able to read electronic components datasheet in English and extract necessary inform from it.
?Mid-Level Skill on Python, C, C# (Assembly will be +)
?Have Experience on Arm Cortex Processor Based Hardware Design,
?Basic knowledge on Physics (Optics and some Classical part)
?Skill on Debugging firmware (written in C, C++)
?Skill on Verify PCB Gerber (CAM350)
?Experience on various types of test and certifications
?Experience on Keil or IAR for Debugging purpose
?Have some Skill on Embedded RTOS.
?Should have experience with PCB production and QC
?Some Design Experience on Power Electronics (Buck, Boost, Cuk Converter) Design
?Must have good math Skills
?Must be able to understand and compile Flow Diagram for Given task
?Must be able to Convert PCB from OLD Design format to another
?Should Have Good Experience on problem solving, Fault Finding on New or Existing Electronic Products.
?Should be Able to Understand and Compile any Technical Doc written in English (related with EE)
?Should be familiar with GitHub, google drive and other platform
?Prediction about Design or Product failure will be a plus.
Experience:
?Minimum 10 Years of Experience on Electronic Product Design and Team works.
?Leadership on teams and experience in a fast-scaling technology company
优先考虑的资格和技能：
1、熟悉并能实际使用PCB设计常用的一些ECAD软件，如Altium designer, Cadence 等
2、能够验证新产品的设计
3、至少熟悉一种MCAD软件，如Space Claim, Solid works
4、熟悉热设计和射频设计的验证工具，如Hyperlynx , ANSYS Sherlock
5、能够阅读英文版的电子元件数据表并从中提取必要的信息
6、中级水平的Python, C, C#能力，熟悉Assembly汇编语言更佳
7、有基于Arm Cortex处理器硬件设计的经验
8、懂一些包括光学在内的物理学基础知识，数学功底一定要扎实
9、掌握了调试固件的技能(能使用C, c++编程)
10、能通过CAM350验证PCB Gerber
11、有各种类型的测试和认证经验
12、有使用Keil或IAR开发工具调试以排除故障的经验
13、掌握一些嵌入式实时操作系统的技能
14、必须要有PCB生产和QC的经验
15、有电力电子相关的设计经验，如Buck, Boost, Cuk Converter
16、必须能够理解和编译给定任务的流程图
17、能够将PCB设计从一种格式转换到另一种格式
18、对新的或现有的电子产品有良好的问题解决能力和故障发现经验
19、能够理解并编写任何与EE相关的英文技术文档
20、熟悉GitHub，Google drive等相关平台
21、能够预测设计或产品的成败将会是个加分项
经验：
1、10年以上电子产品设计经验和团队协作经验
2、具有团队领导能力，有在快速发展型技术公司工作经验的优先
3、良好的英语听说读写能力
