关于上海新奥光明公益基金会： Shanghai XinAo Brightness Charity Foundation is 3A level charitable foundation approved festablishment in July 2018. The registration management authority of the foundation is Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. The vision of the Foundation is to become an influential development platform leading force to promote community health equity; The Foundations mission is to focus on disadvantaged groups, support institutional community development, sustainably promote health equity; The values of the Foundation are professionalism, trust, cooperation innovation. The Foundations goal is to promote health equity, focusing on the eye health of people in need. By responding to the needs of the target population, mobilizing the cooperation of all parts of society to promote universal eye health coverage. The Foundation also supports research capacity building promotes the development of industry, actively responds to advocates fhealth public policies, supports participates in development of healthy societies. In the past five years, Shanghai XinAo has carried out more than 10 philanthropy projects in Shanghai, Shandong, Hebei, Sichuan, Guangdong, Guizhou, Liaoning other places, including subsidy projects fpeople with difficult eye diseases, community blindness prevention capacity building projects, grassroots rural eye health network construction projects, remote rural community eye health development projects, community health education. 上海新奥光明公益基金会是于2018 年 7 月批准设立的一家非公募的 3A 公益慈善基金会，基金会登记管理机关和行业主管部门是上海民政局。基金会的愿景是成为具有影响力的促进社区健康公平的发展平台和引领力量；基金会的使命是关注困难群体，支持机构和社区发展，可持续地促进健康公平；基金会的价值观是专业，信任，合作，创新。基金会以促进健康公平为目标，重点关注困难人群的眼健康。通过回应目标人群的需求，动员社会各方合作，促进全面眼健康覆盖。基金会还支持研究和能力建设并推动行业的发展，积极响应和倡导健康公共政策，支持和参与健康社会的建设和发展。上海新奥过去五年在上海、山东，河北，四川，广东，贵州，辽宁等地开展了十余个公益项目，开展了困难眼病人群补贴项目、社区防盲能力建设项目、基层农村眼健康网络建设项目、偏远农村社区眼健康发展项目、社区健康教育和倡导项目。受益人达到706,921人；培训眼健康社工360人；资助接受白内障手术患者4,404人。
