江苏绿能重工装备有限公司成立于2014年9月，注册资本为5000万元人民币。公司位于江苏省扬中市西来桥镇扬中二桥东侧，距长江入海口180公里，东邻长江主航道，西连沪宁高速，地理位置得天独厚，水、陆、空交通十分便捷、产业配套齐全。
公司占地面积270余亩，厂房面积为3万余平方；公司拥有350米万吨级涉外码头一座、860米起吊能力280吨码头一座，配备150吨、280吨门座式起重机各一台，主要生产设备有：剪板机、大型卷板机、折弯机、金工设备、气体保护焊机、交、直流焊机、埋弧焊机、除锈装置和各种主要工装设备和检测设备，并配有原材料、半成品的存放库房等基础设施；公司主要产品为港口机械、船用起重机、船舶舱口盖和非防火结构舾装件等钢结构件，以及船用起重机的设计和生产、船舶舱室内装和通风件的安装等。公司目前年钢材切割生产能力达30000吨。
公司持有门座式、桥（门）式起重机A级《特种设备生产许可证》（含安装、修理、改造），公司已取得质量管理体系、职业健康与安全管理体系、环境管理体系证书，并通过CCS中国船级社船用产品工厂能力生产评估，取得了安全标准化（三级）证书，具有钢结构（三级）资质证书。公司建立了完善的质量保证体系和售后服务体系，拥有一批经验丰富的技术设计、开发和管理人员，技术力量雄厚、组织机构健全。

Jiangsu Green Heavy Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in September 2014 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. The company is located in Xilaiqiao Town, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, east of Yangzhong Second. It is 180 kilometers from the estuary of the Yangtze River, adjacent to the main waterway of the Yangtze River in the east connected the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway in the west. The company enjoys a unique geographical position convenient transportation by water, land, air, with a complete industrial support system.

The company covers an area of more than 270 acres, with a building area of over 30,000 square meters. It owns a 30-meter-long, million-ton-level foreign trade wharf a 860-meter-long wharf with a lifting capacity of 280, equipped with a 150-ton a 280-ton gantry crane respectively. The main production equipment includes plate shears, large-scale rollers, bending machines, metalworking equipment, gas shielded welding machines, AC/DC welding machines, submerged arc welding machines, rust removal devices, various main tool inspection equipment.
