Brief description:
The platform layout position is responsible fpackaging layout of main components of the platform fEVs, PHEV, EREV etc., such as powertrain, chassis system, thermo mgmt. system, seats body-in-white platform, find solution to solve the clashes issues promote an efficient layout,ganizing the technical meetings with the collaborating teams.
Key tasks:
1.Verify the space of the power train in the engine room under the flosuch as BEV e-drive, High voltage battery including BMS, PHEV, EREV generate-drive, exhaust system etc.
2. Packaging the body-in-white platform parts of the engine room floor.
3.Define the overall dimensions of the vehicle architecture
4.Layout the chassis components fsteering system, brake system axle system etc.
5.Packaging the seats to ensure the ergonomics comfort of the driver passengers
6.Design the routine of the pipe, wire, cable of the main components verify by BTVs on the FB teams

8.Responsible fconducting competitanalysis fplatform layout build-up the database.
9.Collaborate with the production teams fthe assembly feasibility
10.Support coordinate with ESK WOB team
Qualification skills:
1.Master in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering similar.
2.Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry R&D; Vehicle Architecture, geometrical integration engine room layout, under flolayout etc.
3.Well-founded technical knowledge of the requirement fpackaging the e-drive powertrain, thermal mgmt. system, HV battery, domain controllers, chassis system etc. Deep understanding of automotive processes procedures; CATIA DMU, GSD, Sketches Knowledge of vehicle packaging ergonomics standard.
