MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively support and implement strategies for the benefits of clients & products. Takes ownership from Order Allocation to Delivery & Claim Recovery. Support Global Sourcing Product Allocation and implement Global Quality guidelines. Closely collaborate with factories to implement DFM strategies for Good-Better-Best. Guarantee that ALL orders are produced in designated Compliant factories according to plan. Merchandiser main responsibility is to secure Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT) and Quality for SMS and Bulk Production. On-spot factory management and anticipation are key to success.
1. Manage all factories to excellence
2. Secure material for SMS & bulk through factory management
3. Lead product industrialization from order allocation to ok production
4. Secure production set-up
5. Actively follow-up bulk production
6. Secure bulk quality & DIFOT with systematic factory management
7. Spearhead client satisfaction with high sense of service
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Textile, garment, English or international trade education background is preferred
2. Strong data analysis, process mapping skills and learning ability
3. Solid presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
4. Team player, open-mind and international way of thinking
5. Willing to go for business trip
