施迈茨集团自1910年于德国巴登-福腾堡州的格拉腾创立迄今, 延续着110多年的家族运营传统模式。自1984年起，施迈茨开始系统化生产真空元器件，至今已发展出包括自动化真空元器件及省力化搬运设备在内的2大产品系列，为航空航天、汽车、物流、化工、风能、太阳能、玻璃、电子、电池、包装、复合材料等16大行业的多个环节提供自动化真空搬运、真空装夹、人力搬运设备的多样化真空产品和真空技术解决方案。目前，施迈茨集团拥有30家全资子公司，业务遍及60多个国家和地区。

Schmalz Group & China Profile

The Schmalz Group, established in 1910 in Glatten, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, has upheld its family-run tradition fover 110 years. In 1984, Schmalz began producing vacuum components systematically, leading to the development of two majproduct series: Vacuum Automation Handling Systems. The group’s extensive product range offers a wide variety of vacuum solutions f16 industries, including aerospace, automotive, logistics, chemical, wind energy, solar energy, glass, electronics, batteries, packaging, composite materials, more. These solutions encompass automated vacuum handling, vacuum clamping, manual handling equipment. Currently, the group has 30 wholly-owned subsidiaries, conducting business in over 60 countries regions.

In 2005, the Schmalz Group established Schmalz (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai. Since its establishment, the subsidiary has achieved remarkable success in the Chinese market. In 2019, Schmalz (China) Co., Ltd. was established in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, becoming the Schmalz Group’s second wholly-owned subsidiary in China. Serving as the Chinese headquarters, it supports business operations in Asia other Schmalz Group subsidiaries worldwide.
