61 Channel management: Work with regional sales /JV/SCM/Ops procurement team on PVD balance of each sub-region, maximize OP on LOX/LIN/LAR channel sales.
61 Price Strategy Mastery: Drive channel price in line with the market trend work closely with region wholesale manager frack price discipline.
61 JV TP management: Lead annual review negotiation with JVs on price & volume to improve product total cost aligning with product strategy.
61 Export business management: Work with region sales to develop LOX/LIN/LAR/LCO2 export business manage export process& cost to drive growth.
61 Product SWAP with competitors: Strategically lead product swap with competitors across region fVDC optimize power zone enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
61 Strong leadership skill to drive initiatives execution with peers senileaders.

Required Experience:
