主要职责:
1.Act as a liaison between customers, point of contact.
2.Process customer demand.
3.Follow customer backlogs.
4.Manage follow up of the mailbox errors.
5.Follow up chase list comments request missing information to assure coverage at customer.
6.Manage changes implementations of new parts change over parts.
7.Manage the customer portal (if applicable).
8.Support the implementation of the operational plan support the measuring reporting of the status.
9.Follow up customer coverage requesting inventory line counts, to avoid any impact.
10.Validate in a weekly basis customer demfluctuations assure the master data is accurate according to these changes.
岗位要求:
Education:Master minimum bacheldegree equal by experience.
Professional experience:2-3 years experience in customer service, material planning is a plus preferably in dynamic environment.
ICT skills:Good knowledge of Microsoft office package Experience with ERP package is a plus.
Personality:
Strong administrational skills.
Sense of urgency.
Good negotiations skills.
