Main activities
89 HSEQ: Follow up Company HSEQ policy procedure; Timely report out if any concerns about HSEQ; Adhere to the operation concept of energy saving environmental protection, CSR goals.
89 Raw Material: have an overview about raw materials in China initiate the insight how to benefit from them globally
89 Product Development: Develop new products fdifferent markets, run formula design in a scientific way (DOE, DFQ), follow Bostik project management tools (stage gate, clarity, etc).
89 Technical Assurance: provide technical support to target/potential customers Bostik manufacturing plants. Responsible fscale up of new products from laboratory to full commercialization.
89 IP: Develop new formula/new process/new applications/new tools/new test methods based on patents/pater study in related areas, submit invention records file patents. Work closely with global product development teams to fully leverage the technical knowhow & expertise;
89 Knowledge management: Deliver project documentation communication in the form of internal technical reports/presentations external publications (when appropriate);
89 Collaboration: team player to drive business, work with cross functions.
89 Others: Complete other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications / experience required
89 MS above, in Polymer Science, related field required.
89 >5 years of experience in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants Elastomers) application/market, in a chemistry-related company, global multi-national team.
89 Experience with adhesives development preferred.
89 Open-minded, creative, innovative.
89 Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
89 Fluent English level
