Job duties:
1.Be responsible fimplementing the annual plans, goals, indicators management schemes of facility EHS,ganize supervise relevant departments to deploy.
2.Implementing the companys annual EHS training planganizing training fnew current employees.
3.Project application, approval acceptance procedures, responsible fthe "three simultaneities" management of new, renovated expanded construction projects, responsible fconducting EHS risk assessment review of new, renovated expanded processes, conducting supervision inspection of the companys environmental protection control work promoting improvement efforts, maintaining relevant environmental occupational health safety permits.
4.Respond fgovernment, customers, third-party supervision audits.
5.Coordinate operation, maintenance, repair activities to obtain the best use of machines systems such as HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, cooling systems etc.
6.Direct coordinate construction equipment installation activities to ensure conformance with engineering design specifications
7.Be familiar with the "three-waste" management requirements, be responsible fsupervising the implementation of pollution prevention measures by each department, conduct regular outsourced monitoring (fwastewater, waste gas, noise), manage supervise thederly conduct of internal external solid waste work, as well as the legal collection, marking, storage, disposal of hazardous waste.
8.Be familiar with management requirements such as "Chemical Safety Management", "ContractManagement", "Fire Safety Management", "Work Injury Accident Handling", "Occupational Health Management",ganize supervise the internal implementation to ensure its effectiveness.
9.Organize carry out EHS hazard inspection propose solutions to the identified hazards to prevent accidents from occurring.
10.Complete the tasks assigned by the company.
1.负责落实厂务及EHS年度工作计划,目标,指标及管理方案,并组织和监督相关部门贯彻执行。
2.负责落实公司EHS年度教育培训计划,并组织对新员工及在职员工的培训。
3.建设项目申报、审批、验收流程,负责新、改、扩建设项目的“三同时”管理,负责对新、改、扩工艺进行EHS风险评估与评审,公司环保控制工作监督检查并推动改善工作,保持环境及职业健康安全相关许可文件。
4.应对政府、客户、第三方监督审核。
5.协调进行操作、维护和维修工作,以充分发挥诸如暖通空调、压缩空气、电气配电、冷却系统等机器和系统的效能,并制定预防性维护计划。
6.直接并协调施工及设备安装工作,以确保符合工程设计和规范要求。
7.熟知“三废”管理要求,负责监督各部门污染防治措施的落实,定期委外监测(废水、废气、噪声),管理并监督内外部固废工作的有序开展,以及危废的合法收集,标识,储存,处置等。
8.熟知“化学品安全管理”、“承包商管理”、“消防安全管理”、“工伤事故处理”、“职业健康管理”等管理要求,组织并监督内部进行有效开展与落实。
9.组织开展EHS隐患排查工作,提出隐患解决方案以预防事故的发生。
10.完成公司交办的临时性工作。
Qualifications:
1.Bacheldegree above, in mechatronics Engineering Engineering background, GPM workshop experience is preferred;
2.5+ years experiences in facility management, 3+ years experience in EHS management
3.Special Equipment Management certificate holder is preffered.
4.Good written verbal in Mandarin Chinese English languages
5.Be familiar with Computer Aided Design software tools Solidworks etc.
6.Potential to learn grow.
1.本科及以上学历,机电工程,工程,安全等相关专业,有GPM车间相关经验者优先;
2.拥有5年以上的厂务机电设备维护和管理经验,3年以上的工厂EHS管理经验;
3.持有特种设备管理证书优先;
4.良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力;
5.熟悉计算机辅助设计软件工具和Solidworks等;
有学习和成长的潜力。
