Your Job
This position has the responsibility to make implement the effective production plan. The primary objective is to balance supply demand, ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory levels, drive efficient operation of the entire supply chain.
What You Will Do
1．Develop maintain production material plans based on sales forecasts, customerders, inventory levels.
2．Monitbalance demsupply to ensure on-time delivery optimal inventory turnover.
3．Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, sales teams to align planning with actual execution.
5．E2E manage optimize material inventory, WIP to avoid shortages overstock.
6．weekly / monthly planning schedules, capacity analysis, production plans.
7．Identify planning issues (delays, shortages, bottlenecks) implement corrective actions.
8．Work with ERP / APS systems (e.g., SAP) to maintain accurate BOM, Route, planning parameters.
9．Prepare & analysis regular reports on overdue, inventory status, on-time delivery, planning performance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1．Proven working experience as a Supply Planner, Production Planner, Material Planner in manufacturing
2．Familiar with demplanning, MRP, production scheduling, inventory control. 3．Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) planning tools.
4．Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, advanced Excel skills.
5．Good communication, cross-team coordination, problem-solving abilities.
6．Good verbal written in English
