西安西罗航空部件有限公司(西罗公司)是由中航工业西安航空动力股份有限公司（航空动力600893）和罗尔斯 .罗伊斯公司于1996年组建的合资公司。 总投资3000多万美元，注册资本1,827万美元。航空动力占股份51%, 罗罗公司占股份49％。
    Xian XR Aero Components Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Xian Aero-engine plc (XAE) and Rolls-Royce plc. It was established in 1996. The split in shareholding is XAE 51%, Rolls-Royce 49%. The combined total investment exceeds $30M and the registered capital is $18.27M.
    
    西罗公司厂房建于1997年。厂址在西航集团厂内。厂房占地面积 13,000平方米, 其中包括铸造区和机加区。
    The XRA factory was built in 1997 on a new site within the grounds of XAE. The facility covers 13,000 square meters and consists of a foundry and a machining area.
    
    西罗公司已通过质量体系ISO9002标准认证，AS9100认证，NADCAP（化学工艺、真空钎焊、焊接、电火花、无损探伤）和ISO14000/OHSAS18000认证。
    XRA successfully achieved the accreditation of ISO9002, AS9100, NADCAP (Chemical process, Vacuum brazing, Welding, EDM, NDT) and ISO14000/OHSAS18000.
