About the job:
• Develop provide manufacturing equipment f5-Phase projects together with machine suppliers under consideration of safety regulations, ergonomics, cycle time, line layout, number of operators, cost, etc.
• Research, develop introduce new process automation technologies equipment collaborate with the global APD&A team
• Provide manufacturing equipment (new retrofit) fprocess optimization activities under consideration of safety regulations, ergonomics, cycle time, line layout, number of operators, cost, etc.
• Debugging validating new equipment in the plant/at supplier from manufacturing side
• Provide the necessary manufacturing documentation fthe equipment (process flow chart, line layout, PFMEA, line specification, cycle time analysis/line balancing, equipment documentation, etc.)
• Lead process equipment standardization optimization activities train the plant team members on processes
• Other duties as assigned.
About you:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering comparable
• 5 + years of working experience
• Experience of equipment/machine mechanical design
• Team player with strong analytical skills high attention to detail
• Proactive self-developer, passionate about technology, eager to make a change
• Flexible willing to work with cross-functional teams
• Great communication skills
• English language
