Shanghai CAL Custom Manufacturing & Aerosol Propellants Co., Ltd (SCAL) is located on a 66,000 square meters site in Shanghai Pudong New Area. SCAL was founded in Dec.1995 and invested by CCL Custom Manufacturing, Diversified CPC international and Shanghai Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone Xin Development Company. Total capital investment is US$19 millions. SCAL becomes a local invested limites-liability company after CCL and CPC sold all their equities to Xin Development Company in March 2001.
SCAL is focus on providing excellent making, filling and packing services of aerosol/liquid products for international and local marketers. SCAL is equipped with an imported water treatment system, various chemical concentrate-making tanks and six filling and packing lines with the total annual filling capacity of 100 millions units. SCAL becomes the contact manufacturer for many famous global companies, such as P & G, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson (China), Schick, L'Oreal and etc.
