Within the brand portfolio the main brands are Bosch and Siemens. With its eight special brands (Gaggenau, Neff, Thermador, Constructa, Viva, Ufesa, Junker and Zelmer), BSH caters to the individual wishes of consumers. The Group’s product portfolio spans the entire spectrum of modern household appliances. Protecting the environment and the climate has been an integral part of the Group’s corporate strategy for decades. BSH has also set itself the goal of achieving a 25 percent reduction in specific resource consumption in manufacturing and administration by 2015.

In 2016 the independent Top Employers institute certified BSH as one of the "Top Employer Europe" for the fourth time in a row. This title is awarded to global companies that qualify for Top Employers in at least five nations. As in the previous year, we achieved this in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Turkey and for the first time also in France and Great Britain. Moreover, BSH has been certified as Top Employer Asia Pacific and Top Employer USA. In Germany, BSH has been certified once again as "Top Employer Germany" as well as “Top Employer Engineers”. In China, BSH has been twice named a “Top Employer China”.
