Jub Duties
The Research Analyst role will entail developing a strong understanding of macroeconomic factors as well as industry company dynamics. The analyst will work with the top investment banks financial institutions, performing in-depth analysis on the operational financial performance fglobal companies. The person should have good comm(read/write/speak) over Mandarin English.
The role will involve preparation of databases, creating financial models, tracking key industry company events writing research notes/reports (in Mandarin in English). Selected candidates will undergo extensive training in research, analysis accounting concepts. The key deliverables include:-
? Tracking industry dynamics regulatory trends
? Tracking operational performance on regular basis, which include:
o evaluating country macroeconomic risk
o competitive position analysis
o strategy/execution/management and
o profitability/peer comparisons
? Tracking financial performance on regular basis statements, which include:
o accounting
o financial governance policies
o valuation using multiple standard techniques
o liquidity/short-term factors
? Financial modeling - historical projections, conducting peer comparisons;
? Responding to external events having material impact on the company
? Preparing internal research notes; and
Preparing publishable reports
Skills required
? Strong understanding of accounting financial concepts
? Research exposure
? Strong financial modeling capabilities
? Above average written verbal communication skills
? Good reading/writing/speaking skills in Mandarin Korean
? Good understanding of Korean accounting standards

工作职责：Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers support on daily operational controlling activities.
Perform the analyses of business performance versus budget forecast.
Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
Collaborate work with local controlling units together, to understanalyze the drivers of financial performance.
Support the process optimization standardization
Support the FCM setup validation
Implement internal controls related coordination tasks
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

任职资格：Bachelor’s degree above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
Depth knowledge 3+ year operational experience in Finance Controlling, especially in manufacturing company
Depth knowledge experience in SAP digitalization tools
Strategic, critical analytical thinking capabilities
Fast learner with excellent communication interpersonal skills.
Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure
Fluent English skill
