MMARY
This position will reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team will initially report directly to the SeniManager, Property Research & Intelligence, MarCommRsch based in APAC. The Analyst is responsible fgathering, validating, & aggregating specific datasets. This includes documenting sources, validating data, integrating data C&W databases. This roles’ primary responsibilities include the collection, aggregation, & validation of data in a consistent timely manner working closely with the local research teams market experts across the country across service lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
o Assists with updates to proprietary commercial real estate database
o Execute processes to gather datasets across a variety of internal external sources
o Aggregate, validate cleanse data fimplementation C&W databases
o Work with internal external data providers to refine streamline processes
o Physically canvases phone canvases buildings tenants inder to populate tenant building database ensuring consistent quality capture on all pertinent fields
o Proactively routinely updates maintains property databases
o Captures lease sale comparable information performing research where possible sending local Research teams questions where needed to ensure full capture
o Maintains exclusive listings
o Follows up on availability, lease, sale surveys by doing Internet research calling other commercial real estate agents to ensure proper capture of all required fields
o Champion, as applicable, the data gathering validation of Cushman & Wakefield strategic initiatives both internal client driven
o Participate, as applicable, in the development of strategies, standards best practices in the areas of data analysis data aggregation within Cushman & Wakefield’s big data analytical platforms
o Assist in the quarterly reporting process including the collection of quarterly market data from local teams across APAC, ensuring data is of required quality added relevant internal systems to required timescales
o Assist in the delivery of data to external clients, ensuring data is accurate provided in a timely manner

Role will initially report to the following:
o Solid line reporting to SeniManager – Property Research & Intelligence, APAC

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience should include:
o BA/BS required
o Experience in commercial real estate industry, property markets research-related field preferred
o Experience in data entry/data management data quality
o Ability to aggregate, harmonize rationalize various data sources
o Professional acumen, understanding of commercial real estate
o Strong project managementganizational skills
o Awareness of Business Intelligence tools

工作职责：Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers support on daily operational controlling activities.
Perform the analyses of business performance versus budget forecast.
Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
Collaborate work with local controlling units together, to understanalyze the drivers of financial performance.
Support the process optimization standardization
Support the FCM setup validation
Implement internal controls related coordination tasks
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

任职资格：Bachelor’s degree above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
Depth knowledge 3+ year operational experience in Finance Controlling, especially in manufacturing company
Depth knowledge experience in SAP digitalization tools
Strategic, critical analytical thinking capabilities
Fast learner with excellent communication interpersonal skills.
Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure
Fluent English skill
