岗位职责：
1.Responsible fstack-dish cooler with refrigerant medium felectric vehicle heat pump system, specifically as chiller, liquid coolant condenser (LCC) inter heat exchange (IHX), design to cost function, including verifications. 负责电动车热泵系统中使用制冷剂介质的堆叠式冷却器，具体包括冷冻器、液体冷却剂冷凝器（LCC）和中间热交换器（IHX）的成本和功能设计，包括验证工作。
2.Establishing the programs processes fnew product development including interacting with customers to define product needs; investigating new concept potential with respect to manufacturing, cost marketability; evaluating product designs; building prototypes samples; conducting product testing. 建立新产品开发的程序和流程，包括与客户互动以确定产品需求；研究新概念在制造、成本和市场潜力方面的可行性；评估产品设计；制作原型样品；进行产品测试。
3.Responsible fmeeting customer’s build schedules all quantity, quality delivery targets of prototype products. • 负责满足客户的生产进度，以及原型产品的数量、质量和交付目标。
4.Coordinating the projects with program management function sales department to achieve customer satisfactions. 与项目管理职能和销售部门协调项目，以实现客户满意度。
5.Participate in QOS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities, including customer audits. 参与 QOS、IATF 16949、ISO 14001 和 ISO 45001 活动，包括客户审核。
6.Developing improvement plans fproduct capability. 制定提升产品能力的改进计划。
7.Teaming with production quality management teams fcontinuous improvements与生产和质量管理团队合作，持续改进

任职资质：
1.Bachelor’s degree above in Mechanical / Vehicle Engineering similar机械/车辆工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
2.Progressively responsible engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive company powertrain company. At least 5 years of working experience在制造环境中有逐步负责的工程经验，是在汽车公司或动力总成公司。至少5年的工作经验
3.At least 3 years’ experience frefrigerant stack-dish cooler, strong background frefrigerant heat exchangers is mandatory. 至少有3年的制冷剂堆叠式盘管冷却器工作经验，必须有制冷剂换热器的扎实背景。
4.Modeling sizing components under Amesim Matlab will be plus. 在Amesim或Matlab下进行组件建模和尺寸设计会是加分项。
5.Computer literacy. Proficient with Auto CAD/Pro_E fdesign, with MS Office, MS project to support the work. 计算机技能。熟练使用 Auto CAD/Pro_E 进行设计，熟练使用 MS Office、MS Project 支持工作。
6.Tracking record demonstrating success in teamwork continuous improvement initiatives. 有成功的团队合作和持续改进项目的记录。
7.Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP are assets, Familiar with IATF 16949. 对APQP、PPAP有工作知识是加分项，熟悉IATF 16949

Key Individual Job description：
1、Identify customer process application, interpret technical insights translate material requirement to Marketing/GPM/R&D/Technical Service/Sales.
2、Handle technical issues projects by coordinating cross-functions.
3、Analyze Applications of IC Lithography clean process, insights to facilitate market opportunities in cooperation with Sales
4、Coordinate manage the whole NBDs (New Business Development) product tuning processes fkey accounts, ensure to achieve Pposition drive to upgrade existing products fcustomer needs with risk management sense collaborating closely with Sales.

Key Skills/Knowledge：
1、Bachelor’s degree above majored in Chemical, Physics, Material Science, electrical etc.
2、Skilled at SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOEs.
3、Over 5 years, Semiconductindustry experience, hands-on with Lithography process.
4、Good coaching skill, interpersonal, communications skill.
5、Literate in common software.
6、Ability to work in a matrix/cross-functional setting.
7、Willing to travel up to 50% of time.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Strengthen the brimage of SKF as the Knowledge Engineering Company.
2. Technical service fcustomers, including bearing selection/calculation, application advice, bearing mounting/dismounting failure analysis, customer specification review etc.
3. Coordinate with AE Manager Manufacture Department to drive product quality improvement new product development.
4. Coordinating design, prototype testing activities etc.
5. Conduct training & seminars to customers internal colleagues.
6. To be responsible fapplications engineering technical in heavy industry.
7. To be responsible fcontribution to opportunity generation creation of customized value adding solutions, drive it to the REP sales mode.
8. application engineering proposals customized solutions according to customer requirements present to customer in a clear effective way, support the Sales in reaching REP sales targets.
9. To contribute substantially to the development implementation of customized solutions other unique offerings.
10. Help to actively develop knowledge of technical evolution trends of business influencing the SKF goals.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree above, majin mechanical engineering equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years in metal mechanical bearing application engineering experience, serving the industrial markets.
3. Keen to solve customers problem creatively with unbiased qualified solutions.
4. Drive to deliver metal segment technical solution, promote REP mode development.
5. Able to master engineering calculations/solution fOEM end user.
6. Good knowledge of life cycle management.
7. Good bearing knowledge, proficiency in RCFA knowledge.
8. Able to work with demanding technical task.
9. Metal segment knowledge, FEA skills project management skills is preferred.
10. Working in cross-function, good communication coordination skills, have good teamwork spirit.
