岗位职责：
1. 对接市场营销相关部门业务用户和能力线BA，收集业务日常系统需求和完成方案沟通；
2. 根据领域规划好的相关项目的项目/专题，开展需求调研，方案设计，组织测试验收，培训和线上推广事项；
3. 负责营销领域数字化产品的运营管理，包括但不限于监控业务使用情况、评估上线效果，并进行相关的运营优化动作；
4. 参与MKT业务和系统的流程设计、业务规划讨论，产品架构更新和演进。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，有8年以上BA工作经验，5年以上的营销/销售领域数字化相关工作经验；有3个以上实际成功项目交付经验；（硬性要求5年BA及以上）
2. 沟通协调能力强，能够跳出IT视角，站在相对较高的全局视角看待问题（包括IT问题、业务问题），对外能够与业务统筹人（二级部门负责人及以上）保持良好沟通；对内能够统筹多个产品模块，能够协同推动跨部门多角色工作；
3. 逻辑思维能力强、思维敏捷，应变能力强，表达沟通有条理，有较强自驱能力；
4. 加分项，懂市场营销，有营销数字化经验，有PMP证书者优先。

Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):
Technical key words (at least 3 words):
-Responsible fdevelopment of HV battery BMS SW Function (Thermal Management, Sensors, SOX, HV Safety, Functional Safety, Balancing, History Data Manager, Precharging, Mode Management, OBD, RTM, Cyber Security, UDS, Network Management, etc.)
-Generate the BMS SW function requirements define the SW feature
-Define test specification fBMS function validation in Test bench whole vehicle
-Validation testing calibration BMS function
-Generate the Test result report to release the SW with different maturity
-Join the Summer Winter test drive to valid the functional performance of function in Vehicle
-Issue Analysis Bug fixing fVehicle & Test bench side commissioning
-Collaborate with suppliers to ensure components meet specifications.
-Perform reliability assessments implement improvement measures.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualification:
-Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering related field.
-At least 3 years of high voltage battery development experience.
-Experience in managing components in high voltage systems.
-Knowledge of automotive industry standards.
-Strong understanding of high voltage battery vehicle architectures.
-Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage systems.
-Proficient communication skills in both Chinese English.

Your Responsibilities:
The BMS TPL (Technical Project Lead) oversees end-to-end technical delivery of BMS projects, driving on-time release of HW/SW/EE components through standardized processes.
Ensure compliance with Group standards China regulations, monitdevelopment budgets to support cost transparency, lead cross-functional teams to enhance release methodology configuration management.
Focuses on establishing cross-project reuse of technical assets, managing risks, contributing to long-term maturity of BMS product development processes.
Responsible fSteering project milestones to reach R&D related project targets

Your key tasks:
Lead BMS R&D teams through project milestones (PS, PF, BF, etc.) to SOP, driving platform standardization repeatable delivery processes.
Development monitoring project timelines, ensuring on-time end-to-end delivery of BMS components phase-goal achievement.
Facilitate technical meetings coordinate with different departments to resolve project issues collaborate with R&D product management fdecision making.
Handle target deviations, resolve technical disputes, identify manage risks, support decision - making documentation.
Collaborate with finance teams on budget approval processes, from submission to tracking expenditures, provide regular stakeholder reports.
Job-Split negotiation with other parties.
Implement standardized project documentation templates to enhance cross-team efficiency
Required Qualification:
Engineering bachelor’s master’s degree in electrical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, similar.
Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level.
1-2 years’ work experience in technical project steering, project speaker.
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex BMS issues
Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
Deep understanding of automotive development processes (V-Model) procedures
Good skill finformation sorting analysis, good team player Proficient communication skills in both Chinese English.
