大堂接待岗位职责

岗位职责：
（1）负责对人员，物品出入检查登记工作。
（2）负责维持前台大堂的接待秩序，要保持台面整洁，无杂物，地面光洁，空间无异味，报纸、宣传资料摆放整齐，大堂沙发摆放有序；
（3）注重个人形象语言，动作，主动向业主（客人）咨询工作，并协助客服前台的各项工作。

职位要求：
1.6米以上，形象好，反应敏捷，具有良好的沟通能力，能接受长时间站岗工作
工作时间：每周工作六天，8：00-20：00

岗位职责：
1、负责建立并管理客户档案，做好资料的收集、归档、管理工作；
2、负责大厦访客登记、接待问询，电话接听等接待工作；
3、及时接听大堂电话，细心倾听，耐心解答客户的意见和需求做好记录及时处理；
4、负责公司内、外部重点VIP客户参观接待工作；
5、做好分管区域内便民物资的整理与采购；
6、为有需要的客户介绍大厦及周边相关情况，提供基础信息服务，收集客户提出的意见，将意见反映给上级；
7、巡视公共区域，做好管理区域内的物业管理服务的相关事项。
任职要求：
1、20-25周岁， ，身高165CM以上，大专及以上学历，形象大方，普通话标准，仪表端庄，具有良好的客户服务意识；
2、一年以上客户服务的工作经验；
3、熟悉操作OFFICE软件；
4、有酒店或写字楼客服工作经验者优先；
5、可接受条件优秀应届生

·       Under the general direction of the GuestExperience Manager within the limits of established Swire Hotels localpolicies procedures, oversees directs all aspects of the guestrelations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to allguests with specific responsibility feach guest’s arrival departureexperience.
·       To work in a multi-tasking environment usingcommon sense to ensure all guests receive the best service in Chengdu enjoytheir experience at The Temple House at Taikoo Li.
·       Ensure maximum guest satisfaction throughpersonal recognition prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
Requirements

·      Excellentoral written communication, in both Mandarin English. Preferably inother languages as well.
