devops岗位职责

岗位职责：
1、提升软件开发效率和质量，负责相关的方法/流程/工具研发。
2、DevOps系统和工具的研发。
2、聚焦于整个软件开发/交付流程，以实现全流程自动化和智能化；
4、跟踪业界*佳实践，结合公司开发实际进行改造，并进行试点；
岗位要求：
1、计算机、软件相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、掌握 Python, Java, JS 等一种及以上前后端语言，全栈开发经验者优先；有基于开源项目进行定制开发，或大型在线系统开发经验者优先；
3、软件工程相关专业基础知识扎实，熟悉常用的提升软件质量和软件开发效率的方法和工具。
4、熟悉 Linux 系统，Docker容器/K8S/Openstack等云计算技术，熟悉IDE/Shell /Makefile/gcc/Git等主流开发工具链；
5、拥有项目管理及协作、代码托管、CI/CD、DevOps、运维、监控、大数据处理等工具开发经验者优先；
6、有较强的沟通能力，具有以客户为中心的思想；

1. 岗位职责：
● 优化代码库分支策略、流水线设计、制品管理等；
● 改进端到端软件开发流程，记录软件活动数据，通过度量驱动研发过程改进；
● 参与内部DevOps工具链开发和建设，提高软件交付效率和交付质量；
● 通过飞书搭建软件开发项目模版，软件交付过程可追溯；
● 协助开发内部软件研发效能成熟度模型，推进项目组改进；
● 通过AI提升研发效能。

2. 任职要求：
● 计算机、软件工程相关专业统招本科及以上学历，5 年及以上相关工作经验；
● 熟悉软件开发流程，了解软件项目全生命周期；
● 具有深厚的编程基础，有API开发或使用经验，有AI编程及应用经验；
● 熟悉持续集成/持续部署工具，如Jenkins、GitLab CI/CD、ArgoCD等；
● 熟悉Gitlab，SonarQube，Nexus等工具；
● 掌握主流分支策略，有环境管理、制品库管理、度量等相关经验；
● 熟悉容器技术，如Docker、Kubernetes等；
● 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
● 具备项目管理PMP、嵌入式开发、通信网络等相关经验者优先。

Job Description:
•Responsible fcloud platform O&M, including deployment, integration, monitoring, change, workder, troubleshooting, security, etc. To ensure the availability quality of the platform/service.
•Design implement continuous pipeline (DevOps toolchain) finfrastructure service application service.
•Implement manage DevOps toolchain fCloud platform.
•Analysis investigate the problem faced.
•Troubleshoot production issues coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
•Manage database services such asacle, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL to ensure customer data security availability.
Qualification：
•At least 3 years’ experience in IT related cloud-based topics.
•Familiarity with Automation programming language, like python, shell etc.
•Know-how in MS Azure Cloud & Huawei Cloud PaaS services deployment configuration.
•Experienced with server setup management, scaling security frequent software deployment on Cloud environment.
•Expert with networking, VPCs, subnets, firewalls, security rules, IAM…
•Proficient in developing Continuous Integration/ Delivery pipelines (CI/CD). Familiar with any of DevOps tools, such as Travis, Circle, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory.
•Good hands-on working knowledge with one more deployment tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef).
•Good hands-on knowledge of Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Bitbucket.
•Good knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker expert.
•Familiar with RDBMS/SQL as well as NoSQL databases.
•Familiar with common backup restore procedures.
•Conduct systems tests fsecurity, performance, availability.
•Experience with systems monitoring software systems.
•Experience with ITIL service management criteria across IT services support.
•Communication written skills in English Chinese.
