GENERAL FUNCTION:
Plans,ganizes directs engineering to meet objectives fdesign, new product development improvement of existing product lines. This includes providing operations the necessary resources technical support to manufacture a quality product efficiently, safely competitively with standardize product engineering process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Process Engineering
-Responsible fthe review approval of final engineering drawings drawing changes released by Engineering to ensure conformance to all design parameters specifications.
-Ensure that engineering released drawings are secure, protected, cannot be changed without following proper change procedures.
-Manage the DCC （Document Control Center） ftechnical documentation.
-Monitdesign change timing fimplementation, approve closeout when implementation completed.
-Manage the internal process audit program to assure the shop manufacturing follows the procedure.
-Define review the standard costing basic data like cycle time standard production yield.
-Capacity, capability layout planning related with machines, tools facility.
-Responsible fthe design, concept purchasing of all new machinery, equipment tooling.
-Oversees equipment maintenance program, provide technical support to maintain, troubleshoot repair plant assets.
1、工艺工程
①　负责审核和批准由工程部门发布的*终工程图纸或图纸变更，以确保符合所有设计参数和规格。
②　确保工程发布的图纸安全、受保护，并且在未经适当变更程序的情况下不能更改。
③　管理技术文件中心（DCC）的技术文件。
④　监控设计变更的实施时间，批准实施完成时的关闭。
⑤　管理内部流程审计计划，以确保车间制造按照程序进行。
⑥　确定和审查标准成本基本数据，如循环时间和标准生产产量。
⑦　与机器、工具和设施相关的能力、能力和布局规划。
⑧　负责所有新机械、设备和工装的设计、概念和采购。
⑨　监督设备维护计划，提供技术支持以维护、排除故障和修复工厂资产。
2.Continuous Improvement
-Lead engineering resources to address solve any quality issues complaints as requested by Quality Production function.
-Participate in lead the team in company-wide cost extraction programs. These activities include VAVE projects, Kaizen events, line balance flow improvements, acquiring implementing new technology, whatever line support is necessary to maximize the existing processes.
-Leading facilitating the Annual Continuous Improvement Program to meet the cost saving target.
2、持续改进

3.New Business Development
-Review cost breakdown analysis fnew business RFQs.
-Manage allocate resources inder to realize the assigned NPI projects, design changes production technology projects according to the committed budget time line.
-Initiate corrective action review meetings when the project schedule is not being met.
-Leads new product teams to help build plans that will ensure a smooth transition from project to production till full launch.
3、新业务开发
①　审查新业务RFQ的成本分析。
②　管理和分配资源，以实现分配的NPI项目、设计变更和生产技术项目，根据承诺的预算和时间表。
③　当项目进度未达到时，启动纠正措施审查会议。
④　领导新产品团队，帮助制定计划，以确保从项目到生产的顺利过渡直至全面推出。
4.Departmental Management
-Inder to reach department target, establish measuring KPI distribute to detail persons
-Confers with engineering team to outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, scope of authority.
-Trains, coaches mentors engineers other cross-function team members
-Map the available competences

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Master’s degree Four-year Bacheldegree in Engineering other related sciences equivalent work experience.
2.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mechanism manufacturing field great ambitions in challenging this position willing to go all out fsuccess.
3.Deep knowledge experience with manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, grinding, raw material of metal, plating, anodizing heat treatment, etc.； Thorough attention to detail
4.Familiar with project management PPAP；
5.Understanding of AITF16949 QMS the Core Tools
6.Good awareness of safety, quality, cost schedule.
7.Strong communication skills a good team player
8.Enjoys working in a fast paced often multi-project environment
9.Proficient with CAD systems applicable software tools.
10.Ability to use Microsoft Office software family.
11.Fluent in English communication skill.
12.Six Sigma Certification a plus.

This position requires an individual experienced in the development of NPD/ODM　projects, preferably Adaptcharger devices, with direct responsibility in anaging NPD/ODM projects. The role also includes direct responsibility in the supervision of personnel in the areas of project, design, testing other technical aspects. Candidate must have expertise in digital analog circuit design, power conversion, PCBA layout, FPGA based DSP, IP core integration VDHL programming, EC/UL compliance, RF energy, EMC emissions/compliance, formative summative usability testing, system engineering. A strong understanding of physics electrical engineering fundamentals is required.
Work cross-functionally with senimanagement in other departments to support business cost reduction
• Manage entire Engineering division within the group (approximately 180 staffs) to obtain overall process / budget improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Senimanagement in other departments to support business cost reduction
• Proven ability to build grow engineering teams set up R&D division across Asia pacific such as Singapore Japan.

• Coordinate with US/Europe customers on DFM (Design fManufacturing) fOEM ODM products, ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met
• Plan, priorities manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, on time, safety of the required quality
• Ensure project compliance with corporate policy guideline. Evaluate, authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget timeline of a project
• Provide engineering support to tooling department, production engineering design verification. Participate in root cause analysis problem solving process fdesign related issues prepare related technical documents.
• Continuously suggest reengineering improvements fproduct cost down re-design

任职要求：
• Bachelof Science in Electrical Engineering equivalent is required (MSEE PE preferred)
• Minimum 10 years working experiences in consumer electronics OEM/ODM products
• Minimum 10 years working experiences in top tier EMS manufacturing production workshops
• Experience with high-speed digital hardware design.Degree holder in Electrical Engineering related discipline
• Working knowledge of UL, IEC, CE Requirements is a plus.
• Must have Good knowledge of innovative design solutions, AC Adapter & Charger, PCBA application, Led Lighting Smart Home appliance.
• Experience with New Products Development New product Introduction (Led lighting & Smart Home appliance)

4. 制定项目设计进度计划、确定项目WBS及交付物、配合项目投标报价；
5. 负责项目设计质量监控，与业主、主管领导及各专业负责人及时沟通；
6. 提交项目状态数据，重点项目提交项目月报；
7. 负责对所承接的项目提出建设性意见或建议；
8. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，有大型甲级设计院工作经验优先，化工工艺系统专业背景优先；
2. 具有10年以上工程项目设计管理经验, 能独立组织完成方案设计、详细设计、竣工图制作等工作；
3. 熟悉国家和地方有关法规政策, 具备独立撰写技术方案的能力, 掌握一定的行业知识，能够承担复杂设计任务；
4. 有较强的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的抗压能力；
5. 身体健康，无不良嗜好。
