ie岗位职责

任职资格：
1.具备检测的labview软件设计，界面设计，逻辑控制，追溯管理，数据保存等经验；
2.会SQLserver、MySql等数据库软件操作，以及一些通讯协议比如： TCP/IP modbus等；
3.能够绘制电气原理图，运用各类PLC编程，拥有机器人设计相关经验优先；
4.从事非标设备装配生产线或非标行业经验优先。
其他要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.能接受境内外出差；
3.工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有团队合作精神；
4.有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力。

一、厂区&车间Layout整体规划（核心主责）
1. 负责新厂区、新车间整体平面Layout规划、区域功能划分、产线整体排布。
2. 依据产能目标、机种工艺路径、设备尺寸、物流路径、消防规范，输出2D车间布局图、产能布局规划方案、空间利用率分析报告。
3. 负责车间通道规划、物流通道、人车分流、仓储区、物料区、工装区、返修区规划配置。
4. 跟进厂房装修、地坪施工、设备进场、产线搭建、车间搬迁全流程Layout落地验证。
二、产能规划与产线搭建
1. 依据年度/月度产能需求，完成产能规划、人机配置、工位排布、线体平衡设计。
2. 新机种NPI导入阶段，主导量产线Layout规划、工位工艺排布、治具设备摆放规划。
3. 负责产线瓶颈分析、节拍优化、产能爬坡跟进，输出量产IE方案。
三、厂内物流与精益改善
1. 规划车间物流路径、物料配送动线，优化搬运浪费、降低WIP、缩短物流距离。
2. 负责车间空间利用率提升、产线精简、区域整合、现场标准化改善。
3. 落实厂区5S、目视化、标准化作业，建立车间Layout标准化规范。
四、资料输出与跨部门对接
1. 独立输出：Layout平面图、产能规划表、工时标准、线平衡报表、改善结案报告。
2. 对接基建、设备、生产、生管、品保部门，推进车间改造、设备移位、产线重构落地。
3. 负责厂区规划类项目结案、成本节约核算、年度改善专案推进。

Responsibilities:

● Be able to technical support fnew chiller installations, startup commissioning
● Demonstrate train customer on proper equipment use
● Build maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations
● Communicate service findings with customers managers, ensuring satisfaction transparency
● Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact four products equipment
● Display team effort dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work over timer weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight work
● Keep the management informed about customer satisfaction, potential sales opportunities recurring problems
● Perform other tasks as assigned always prioritizing safety proper use of PPE
Qualifications:
● US work authorization required
● A High school diploma equivalent is required, HVAC trade school formal training with 4+ years of experience preferred
● Physical capable of performing tasks involving hands-on work, stooping, kneeling climbing ladders, lifting/moving weights regular up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 40lbs, occasionally more than 40lbs with tools
● Comfortable working in variable weather, heights, noisy equipment, other environmental conditions.
● Strongganizational skills, positive attitude ability to learn grow quickly
● Able to working independently as part of a team
● Confident, articulate professional communication skills
● Ability to travel work overtime/weekends as needed
● Ability to review plans, diagrams flow charts
● High level of trouble shooting skills, critical thinking problem-solving skills
● General knowledge of electrical system is required
● Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
● Strong understanding of safety standards best practice with willingness to use PPE
● OSHA 30 certification required, EPA NATE certification preferred
