工作职责
1.负责SSD的新产品生产导入，推动新产品转量产工作；
2.制定新产品导入的试产策略，试产方案和试产计划；
3.负责新产品开发过程中可制造性设计审查和验证，提供可制造性合理化建议方案；
4.新产品试产量产测试方案、测试流程、测试设备工具的导入和验证；
5.制定生产流程及生产流程验证优化；
6.对接工厂，推进新产品试产过程的问题解决和汇总；
任职资格
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，电子信息、自动化类相关专业；
2.熟悉工程工艺，生产制造相关流程；
3.具备良好的问题分析解决能力和方法，沟通协调能力强，总结能力强;
4.具备SSD模组和存储芯片封测经验者优先；
5.学习能力强，有一定的抗压能力；
6.英文听说流利者优先。

工作职责
-负责国际广告平台SDK的产品规划、设计及全生命周期管理
-理解并应用主流广告协议与标准，对SDK产品的用户体验、性能指标及商业结果负责
-负责SDK端广告策略体系（流量分配、广告形态创新、展示逻辑等）的迭代优化与建设， 紧密协同广告算法及后端工程团队，持续提升广告填充率、点击率及转化效果
-深度洞察全球移动广告市场趋势及竞品动态， 结合业务目标，输出具有竞争力的SDK产品解决方案

任职资格
-3年及以上移动广告产品经验
-具备广告SDK或Ad Network/Ad Exchange平台产品设计经验者优先；有广告策略产品或广告联盟SDK相关工作经验者优先
-出色的数据敏感度与分析能力， 能通过数据洞察问题、驱动产品迭代
-有技术背景优先

Job summary: Main objectives of the position
• Establish an R&D presence in Comet PCT China to better serve local customers
• Develop RF matching networks with the R&D team in Korea
• Provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
• ExpComet PCT’s market share in China by reducing R&D response time improving communication with customers
Tasks duties (incl. percentages of tasks if applicable)
• Understcustomer problems accurately identify their requirements
• Lead the development of the customer requirement specification (CRS) document; collaborate with the R&D team in Korea negotiate with customers as needed.
• Develop design RF matches together with the R&D team in Korea.
• Serve as technical support fthe local Global Product Support (GPS) team our customers
• Trial concept & feasibility (C&F) units built in Korea in customer evaluations
• Drive the product qualifications at our customers
• Support the continuous improvement process (CIP) of our products.

Role related knowledge, education & experience
• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Electronic engineering RF engineering
• 5+ years of RF experience (RF matching networks, RF generators, RF sensors, etc.)
• Deep understanding of analog digital circuit & system design
• Proficient in using electronic measuring instruments software faccurate data collection analysis (Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, RF Spectrum Analyzer, etc.)
• Experience participating in cross-functional product development
Social & methodological skills
• Strong communication skills are essential, with a particular emphasis on building maintaining clear, effective relationships with customers, as this role requires frequent direct collaboration with them.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across different R&D locations between different departments
• Fluent in English & Chinese feffective communication in international settings. Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment
Management & leadership skills (if applicable)
• Ability to influence drive decision-making related to system architecture initiatives
• Ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to negotiate with customers to drive solutions from “what they want” to “what they need”

• Must be able to work weekends holidays fcustomer requests emergency cases .
Travel requirements
• Regular visits possibly extended stays to Korea are required to collaborate with the Korean R&D
• Visits to customers in the China region.
• Travel to the head office (Switzerland) San Jose (US) may be required as needed. There should be no problem in issuing a visa.
