Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner PowerDrive System products, including all wheel drive system control units electric vehicle propulsion system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
• Designing implementing control software fPowerDrive system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
• Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
• Unit testing using MIL/SIL method
• Software integration HIL testing
• Software architecture design verification
• software design documents requirement documents
• Software work estimation
• Support application/calibration work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronic Control Unit hardware software development (required)
• Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of C programming language (required)
• Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with Targetlink preferred
• Familiar with coding/modeling guidelines such as MISRA MAAB(required)
• Familiar with 32bit/16bit microcontroller from Infineon NXP(Freescale) (preferred)
• Experience with BLDC PMSM control preferred
• Good English skills (required)
• Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE(preferred)
• Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
• Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape etc. (preferred)
• Experience of script languages such as Python/Perl (preferred)
• Good driving skills preferred.

岗位职责：
1. 嵌入式软件开发与优化，负责汽车电子控制单元（ECU）、车身控制模块（BCM）、胎压监测系统（TPMS）等嵌入式软件的设计、开发与调试，参与项目需求分析与架构设计
2. 技术方案实施，基于AUTOSAR标准开发MCU驱动、SDK及库函数，支持跨平台车载系统（如Linux/QNX）的适配与功能实现
3. 客户支持与协作，协助客户解决技术问题，提供应用指导与培训，编写技术文档（如设计规范、测试报告）
4. 前沿技术研究， 参与车联网（V2X）、自动驾驶数据引擎或智能座舱系统的研发，优化数据存储、分发及系统性能

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，电子工程，电气自动化，计算机科学或通信类相关专业
2. 至少5年汽车电子或5年嵌入式开发经验，有整车厂或Tier 1供应商项目经验者优先，熟悉IATF16949 , ASPICE , CMMI质量和开发体系
3. 精通C/C++语言，熟悉嵌入式系统开发（如Cortex-M系列），具备UART/SPI/I2C/CAN/LIN等通信协议开发经验
4. 熟悉AUTOSAR架构、OSEK OS或功能安全标准（如ISO 26262）者优先；有大数据处理、分布式系统或车联网（Telematics）开发经验者更佳
5. 积极主动的工作方式，系统性的思考方式，对工作高度负责，结果导向

Youll need to ensure station design meets design requirements; deploy keep station stable while optimizing station performance during prototype builds (i.e. customer new product introduction (NPI) up to mass production).
Responsibilities include
• Develop, optimize debug station software in C/C++/Objective-C (some Unix/Lua/Python Scripting).
• Specify acquire equipment, components tools fuse in NPI environment fpro-type builds/test.
• Specify validate the required mechanical fixturing fcalibrating measuring devices.
• Deploy calibration performance verification systems throughout the NPI/build cycle.
• Analyze large amounts of sensdata adopt data-driven approach to solving engineering challenges.
• Debug test/calibration of product system level down to component level.
• Work towards a scheduled build manage own other’s deliverables fsuccess.
• maintain training programs documentation fon-boarding new users to factory testing software platform.
• Deliver training to new CM vendusers who will own/support stations on top of this platform.
Required Experience
• Minimum Bacheldegree in Computer Science EE/CS.
• College programming in one more of the following: C/C++/Objective-C using OOP techniques.
• Excellent English/Chinese written verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Production testing experience.
• Experience in Unix Scripting Languages (i.e. Python, Lua).
• Experience in applying statistics to engineering problems using tools (i.e. JMP / MATLAB /Python).
• Experience data mining from large data sets in SQL / JMP / MATLAB / Python.
