岗位职责：
1、负责Linux系统下设备驱动开发、移植和维护；
2、负责带领团队Linux系统平台化架构设计及相关子系统框架和驱动核心代码的实现。
3、参与嵌入式Linux驱动开发的详细设计、编码调试和验证工作；
4、参与模块的研发质量控制，保证软件的稳定性和可靠性；
5、负责与硬件工程师协作，进行板级调试、性能评估；
6、负责解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题，进行问题分析和调试；
任职要求：
1、计算机、汽车电子相关专业本科以上学历，团队管理经验优先；
2、五年以上嵌入式开发经验；
3、汽车电子、有座舱相关项目经验者优先；
4、精通Linux内核架构，熟悉驱动开发流程， 有常见外设（UART、SPI、USB、以太网、SPI）、或PCIE、eMMC、CAN、WiFi、蓝牙等至少一个领域的驱动的开发调试经验；
5、精通uboot、文件系统、系统移植等BSP开发及维护经验；
6、具备独立分析、定位和解决常见软硬件问题的能力，具备疑难问题分析能力，能够构建完整的测试流程追查问题的根源，寻求解决方案；
7、具有良好的代码编程规范习惯、良好的文档设计能力；
8、学习能力强；有很强的理解分析能力、敬业精神和良好的沟通能力。

职位描述
1. 主导ADAS芯片NPU系统后端全流程实现，解决计算阵列、乘加器集群、片上SRAM等核心算力模块的物理设计。
2. 擅长NPU后端实现难题解决：优化算力模块布局布线以提升数据局部性，解决大规模并行计算带来的时序收敛、功耗集中、IR-Drop/EM风险，保障NPU算力密度与能效比*优。
3. 主导NPU低功耗设计落地，基于UPF实现多电压域划分、Power Gating动态关断，适配AI任务稀疏化/量化特性做功耗优化，平衡高性能与低功耗需求。
4. 统筹NPU与SoC其他模块（CPU/GPU/存储/高速接口）的集成设计，优化片上互联布局，解决跨模块时序匹配与信号完整性问题。
5. 制定NPU后端设计方法学与规范，迭代EDA工具链方案，编写自动化脚本提升设计效率，沉淀技术文档并带教团队，赋能后端工程师掌握NPU物理设计核心能力。
6. 协同前端架构、DFT、验证及Foundry团队，对齐NPU算力需求与工艺约束，推进设计方案落地。
职位要求
任职要求
1. 微电子、集成电路等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年+芯片后端设计经验，至少2次NPU/AI芯片全流程流片量产经验。
2. 精通数字后端全流程，熟练掌握Synopsys FC/ICC II/PrimeTime、Cadence Innovus/Tempus、Siemens Calibre等主流EDA工具。
3. 熟悉NPU架构特性，精通脉动阵列、矩阵运算单元物理设计要点，具备大规模算力模块布局布线优化、片上存储(SRAM/寄存器堆)集成经验。
4. 精通STA时序分析与SDC约束编写，熟练掌握UPF低功耗设计流程，能独立解决多电压域隔离、电平转换、电源门控等复杂问题。
5. 熟悉TSMC 3nm/4nm/5nm/7nm等先进工艺且有流片经验，掌握对应工艺下DFM设计规范，能高效应对ECO迭代，具备PPA（性能/功耗/面积）极致优化能力。
6. 熟练使用Tcl/Python/Perl编写自动化脚本，具备极强的问题分析与攻关能力，抗压性强，跨团队协同沟通能力优秀。

• Engage with internal external stakeholders to ensure quality of solution delivery
• Develop Al/Gen Al capability frameworks development plan. Provide technical oversight mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning
• Track the impact effectiveness of deployed Al solutions, driving continuous improvement
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies their application in business
• Proven track record in R&D deployment of large-scale Al solutions, hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications, preferably in NLP, OCR, RAG, agentic Al, data analytics
• 8+ years of experience in technology roles
• Proven experience driving high-impact technology initiatives across complex, globalganizations
• Strong leadership qualities, including presentation, influencing
• Experience in strategic planning change project management
• Understanding of the Chinese technology landscape is an asset
• Proficient in written spoken English Chinese are essential
