总出纳岗位职责

【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店员工薪资核算、发放，确保薪资数据的准确性和及时性
2、管理酒店日常现金收支、核对银行帐目，编制资金日报表
3、审核各部门费用报销单据、确保符合财务制度和酒店政策
4、编制月度薪资报表及相关财务分析报告
5、按银行规定限额提取库存备用金，确保各种日常经营需要。
6、负责库存现金的安全。
【岗位要求】
1、具备财务、会计相关专业知识背景。
2、掌握会计核算基础知识，熟悉有关政策规定。
3、按工作规范做好出纳工作的能力。
4、语言文字表达清晰。
5、熟练使用电脑办公自动化软件。

岗位职责：
1.负责酒店各项营业收入的现款清点及汇总。
2.及时完成现金收付记帐凭证。
3.做好外汇信用卡及外汇支票的帐务处理和记录、管理、核对工作。

1.大专以上学历，实习生优先考虑。
2.了解出纳操作流程具备良好的专业相关知识。
3.具备良好的领导能力，监督管理能力，有组织能力和创造性。
4.性格外向，吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责，耐心细致。
5.有良好沟通能力和团队合作意识。

[岗位职责]
1.统筹酒店日常现金、银行存款的收付业务，审核收款凭证、付款申请单的合规性、完整性，确保收付依据真实有效；
2.负责酒店员工薪资核算、发放，确保薪资数据的准确性和及时性；
3.负责前台收银备用金的申领、发放、盘点与核销，定期抽查前台备用金使用情况，杜绝现金长款、短款异常；
4.审核各部门费用报销单据、确保符合财务制度和酒店政策，及时反馈支付进度；
5.按银行规定限额提取库存备用金，确保各种日常经营需要；
6.负责库存现金的安全；
7.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Coordinate daily cash bank deposit receipt payment operations fthe hotel; review the compliance completeness of receipt vouchers payment application forms to ensure that payment receipt bases are authentic valid.
2.Calculate disburse employee salaries, ensuring the accuracy timeliness of payroll data.
3.Handle the application, issuance, counting, write-off of front desk cashier change funds; conduct regular spot checks on the use of front desk change funds to prevent abnormal cash overages shortages.
4.Review reimbursement documents from all departments to ensure they comply with financial systems hotel policies, provide timely feedback on payment progress.
5.Withdraw cash reserves from the bank within the limits prescribed by bank regulations to meet various daily operational needs.
6.Ensure the safety of cash on hand.
7.Undertake any additional duties tasks as required by business operations hotel needs.
[岗位要求]
1.至少2年以上酒店行业出纳或总出纳工作经验，熟悉酒店收银系统(如Opera)及资金管理流程。具备同等品牌工作经验者优先。
2.掌握会计核算基础知识，熟悉有关政策规定。
3.持有会计从业资格证，具备银行结算、票据管理相关知识。
4.熟练使用电脑办公自动化软件。
[Job Requirements]
1.At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier General Cashier in the hotel industry, with familiarity with hotel cashiering systems (e.g., Opera) cash management procedures. Candidates with experience in comparable brhotels are preferred.
2.Possess a solid grasp of basic accounting knowledge be familiar with relevant policies regulations.
3.Hold an Accounting Practitioner Qualification Certificate, with knowledge of bank settlement bill/negotiable instrument management.
4.Proficient in using office automation software computer applications.
