IT Point of Contact
·
Serve as an IT support representative fChina
sites fall site IT-related services which include End User Support,
Infrastructure Support Business Applications.
·
Serve as the interface between global IT and
business units to ensure collaboration coordination between all
stakeholders implement global IT computing solution standards to the sites.
End User Support
·
Support employees with software hardware
issues e.g. Microsoft Office, printers, mobile other end users computing
(EUC) business applications diagnose PC / Hardware faults its solutions
as required.
·
Ensure systems are equipped with software for
backups cyber security to ensure data is backed up, systems are secure,
protected patched per company standards.
·
Perform procurement of computers peripherals
oversee system life-cycle management at the sites to ensure systems are
replaced upgraded in a timely manner to ensure continuous system stability
support.
·
Collaborate with Global IT vendors to
quickly resolve IT system issues (majincidents critical system failures),
minimizing business impact, maintaining system availability reliability.
·
Handle Incident Request tickets through the
ServiceNow system, ensuring compliance with priorities SLA requirements.
· Ensure new
hires are provided with the required hardware on time before the new hires on
board.
Infrastructure Support
·
Work coordinate with Global IT teams
(Network, Servers, Backup, Disaster Recovery, AV, Printing etc) vendors to
review resolve system issues in a timely quick manner to minimize
business impact maintain system availability reliability.
·
Support local facility team fIT server rooms communication rooms according to the IT standards.
Business Application Support
·
Ensure availability of global business
applications (e.g., Trackwise, eDMS, SFLMS etc) support business team by
escalating Incident Request tickets fbusiness applications.
·
Support deployment of local systems its peripherals
(Label Printers, Scanners etc).
Others
·
Support IT projects, ensuring timely delivery
adoption of new digital technologies.
·
Suggest implement improvements (PPI) to
systems, processes, hardware, software to improve security, system
capabilities business operations.
·
Perform other duties as assigned.
