Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong
background in indirect procurement to join our team on a one-year
temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of
hands-on experience in indirect category management, supplier management,
strategic sourcing. This role requires strong communication and
stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to operate in a
fast-paced multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and
execute sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect categories, ensuring
alignment with global regional procurement strategies.
Manage supplier
selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation.
Partner closely
with internal stakeholders to identify business needs drive cost
optimization opportunities.
Conduct market
analyses to identify potential suppliers industry trends.
Ensure
procurement activities comply with corporate policies, governance
standards, global procurement procedures.
Support
regional global procurement projects as needed.
Build and
maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams external
suppliers.
Continuously
identify opportunities fprocess improvement operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, a related field.
Minimum 7
years of experience in indirect procurement across multiple
categories.
Proven experience
in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, contract management.
Strong command
of English is required; proficiency in Japanese Korean is
preferred.
Excellent
communication, analytical, stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work
independently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in
multinational corporations regional procurement roles is highly
desirable.
