宁波思搏科技有限公司，由宁波市***专家创办，是德国知名医疗影像系统服务商TomTec在中国的研发中心。公司专业从事心脏超声影像软件的开发。是全球医学影像技术的*，GE、飞利浦和西门子是我们的战略合作伙伴。公司总部位于德国慕尼黑，由于亚太区发展需要，在中国宁波成立研发中心，负责全球产品的研发和亚太区的售后服务与技术支持。
关于母公司TomTec：
The company is founded in Munich/Germany in the year 1990 as “TomTec Tomographic Technologies GmbH”.

In 1993, the company merged with Freeland Systems / Prism Imaging to “TomTec Imaging Systems Inc.” With this merger, the worldwide headquarters moved to Boulder/CO, USA. The European HQ moved to Unterschleissheim near Munich as TomTec Imaging Systems GmbH.

In 1997, the company headquarters moved back to Munich after a management buyout, performed by the German management, Ulrich Haupt, Bernhard Mumm and Frank Schlau. The US operations get reorganized into a new company “TomTec Imaging Systems Corp”.

Mid of 2000, TomTec announced the 100% acquisition of its former partner IVS - Individual Software GmbH, Fulda/Germany.
Since 2005 the company is completely owned by senior management and employees.

TomTec's headquarters is located in Unterschleissheim near Munich. A branch office is located in Fulda. The North American/US operations (TomTec Imaging Systems Corp.) are located in Chicago

Since 1990, the company has developed as a pioneer innovative technology like 3D/4D ultrasound, stress echo and ultrasound image management solutions. By offering "Add On" and integrated OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) solutions to all major ultrasound and PACS companies, TomTec has reached a leading position in its market.

With its “One Step Ahead” philosophy, TomTec stands for continuous innovations in the field of diagnostic medical imaging. The product line encompasses a wide range of 2D and 3D/4D technology for visualization, analysis, quantification and information-processing as well as for management of multimodality image data.
