欧度公司是Otto Dunkel先生于1942年创建，提供高质量连接器解决方案。欧度公司是线簧插孔/插针(Spring tac)技术的发明者，为100多家国际知名公司的提供客户定制的连接器解决方案。主要客户包括Siemens，Alcon，Philips，Nokia，ABB，Ericsson，BMW，Harris，Thales等。
欧度公司总部在德国慕尼黑，在美国，英国，法国，北欧和中国设有分公司，在罗马尼亚和中国设有工厂，在所有其他工业化国家均有长期的业务合作伙伴，提供技术和销售服务。主要产品有PCB板间连接器系列，小型圆柱形插拔自锁连接器系列，工业大电流和测试连接器系列，及为客户定制产品等。

欧度公司于2001年在上海设立了欧度(上海)连接器制造有限公司, 生产加工部分ODU的连接器产品，及线缆组件加工业务。所有产品均百分之百通过出厂前检测。2004年公司通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证。
