无锡市聚邦助剂有限公司成立于2001年，经过十余年的发展，公司已从名不见经传的小厂发展成为一家集化工原料生产、进出口贸易等产业于一体的综合性产业集团。

WuxiJubang Auxiliary Co.,Ltd was founded in 2001. After more than ten-yeardevelopment, the company has grown from an unknown small factory into anintegrated industry group with chemical raw material production and import andexport trade.

自公司成立以来，聚邦助剂经历了几次重大的变革和布局，奠定了公司快速发展的基础：2001年无锡化工助剂厂的成立，是公司立足化工市场的开始；2009年安徽汇利化工股份有限公司的创建，是公司战略发展的需求，并藉此扩大了公司的产品市场；2014年由化工助剂厂到聚邦助剂有限公司的升级，是公司适应市场需求的转型，完成了自身蜕变。

JubangAuxiliary has undergone several major changes and geographical layout since itsestablishment, which has laid the basis for the rapid development of thecompany. The establishment of Wuxiauxiliary chemicals factory in 2001 is the beginning for the company to setfoot on chemical market. The establishment of Anhui Huili Chemical IndustryCo., Ltd meets the requirements of the company’s strategic development and alsoexpands the product market of the company. The upgrading from auxiliary chemicalsinto Wuxi Jubang Auxiliary Co.,Ltd is thetransformation for the company to adapt to the market demand and fulfill itsown changes.

The company has been concentrating on the research& development of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE 135A) products. Apartfrom the chemical products, Jubang Auxiliary has been actively expanded its newbusiness areas. Its import and export trade business is involved in America, Russia,South Korea, Cambodia, Indiaand Thailandwith wide market channel, which accounts for a large proportion in the company’sindustrial structure and becomes the pillar industry of the company.
