RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of retail store

To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code

To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling)
了解客户并推动销售，通过帮助顾客选择合适的商品，提供优质的产品知识，克服障碍进行联带销售
To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets
完成个人销售目标，并且协助完成店铺销售目标
To understand and effectively use all stock management systems, complete all paperwork related to stock movement or ordering
了解并熟练使用库存管理系统以及一切与调货订货有关的文件流程
To actively participate in staff training sessions & in-store meeting
积极参与员工培训以及店铺会议
PERSONAL PROFILE:
6 years retail sales experience in high end fashion with at least 3 years at supervisory level
6年或以上高端时尚品牌零售经验，并至少3年店铺主管经验
Strong store operations and management experience
具备较强店铺营运及管理能力
Result-driven, proactive, excellent team player
以结果为导向，积极主动，良好的团队精神
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership
善于沟通，并具备良好的人际关系处理能力及领导能力
Fluent in English and Mandarin
