上海至正潘德那聚合物有限公司创立于2004年12月27日，是意大利苏威潘德那有限公司（Solvay Padanaplast）与上海至正企业发展有限公司合资承办的合资公司。
合资公司的主营业务是研发、生产和销售低烟无卤阻燃电缆料和辐照交联电缆材料。公司在莘庄工业区建有研发中心和生产基地，在华东和华南地区设有两大销售中心。公司初期的生产能力为每年5000吨 20多种不同规格低烟无卤阻燃电缆材料。根据市场需求，公司将不断扩大生产规模，为快速增长的中国电缆行业提供具有国际水准的新材料。
PADANAPLAST ORIGINAL ADVANCED COMPOUNDS (SHANGHAI )CO., LTD,a joint venture by Italy Solvay Padanaplast S.P.A and Shanghai Original Enterprise Development Co., Ltd ,was founded on December 27,2004.
Its core business is to develop, produce and market Halogen Free Flame Retardent(HFFR) thermoplastic and irritation cross-linkable compounds. The company has R&D centre and production base in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, two large marketing centers in East China and South China, with more than 20 kinds of different types of 5000 tons of HFFR produced every year in the beginning. According to market demands, the company will expand the production scale continuously and supply the new materials meeting with stringent international quality standard, serving the China’s rapidly growing cable manufacturing industry.
