Job Title: Sr. Application Engineer / IC Architect (Automotive Communication Bus Network)
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the Road Tests of the Automotive Communication Bus Transceiver ICs. Draft datasheets fnew products.
2.Communicate with customers to find the marketing trend scale down the specification fnew products.
3.Work with Designers to define develop new IC products.
4.Evaluate the feasibility of new product ideas based on simulation experimental verification. Work with team to build prototypes.
5.Cooperate tightly with Design Application Team to address problems in product development.
Job Requirements:
1.More than 3-year Application Engineering Experience on Automotive Communication Bus Transceiver Testing Verification (i.e. CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernets, MOST, A2B, SerDes). A Masters Degree in EE Communication is required.
2.Skills on test instruments such as OSC, VNA, Logic Analyzer…
3.Good Experience on Automotive Communication Bus EMC test debug.
4.Good fundamentals in Circuit Theory, Microelectronics, Signal Processing, Communication Power Electronics.
5.Good English writing reading abilities are required. Goodal English is a plus.
6.A strong literature research review ability is a plus.
7.Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good teamwork spirit.

工作职位：高级应用工程师/芯片架构师
工作职责:
1.负责车载网络通讯收发器芯片的Road Test，编写新产品的数据手册和技术文档。
2.与客户交流，分析市场趋势，并归纳新的产品需求。
3.和团队一起搭建样机。基于仿真和实验，对于新产品方案进行可行性评估。
4.与IC设计团队合作并确定新产品规范。
5.与IC设计团队以及应用团队紧密合作，解决新产品研发阶段遇到的各种问题。
岗位需求:
1.三年以上应用工程师经验，方向为车载通讯网络收发器测试与验证（如CAN、LIN、FlexRay、汽车以太网、MOST、A2B、SerDes等），拥有电气或通讯工程的硕士及以上学历。
2.可以熟练使用测试设备如示波器、网络分析仪、逻辑分析仪等。
3.对于车载通讯网络EMC的测试和排错有良好经验。
4.在电路原理、电子学、信号处理、通讯工程及电力电子方面有良好的理论基础。
5.具有良好的英文阅读与写作能力，良好的英文口语表达能力是一个加分项。
6.较强的文献搜索和归纳分析能力是一个加分项。
7.具有创造力，有良好的责任感，能够自我激励并具有合作精神。
