Summary:
This role focuses on production testing area fpower semiconductchips (consumer-level, industrial-level, automotive-level others). It involves a deep understanding of production testing solutions, processes, technologies methods at the MPS end partner (subcontractor) ends, as well as research improvement of new testing solutions, overall management enhancement of the quality efficiency, cost reduction fpartner-end production testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyze dispose abnormal production testing problems in subcon testing factory, including setup abnormalities, process abnormalities, lot test data abnormalities, etc.
分析和处理分包商工厂端量产测试的异常问题，包括测试setup异常、过程异常、测试数据异常等。
2. Import production testing solutions/processes/systems/etc. from MPS factory to subcon testing factory.
导入量产测试方案、流程、系统等到分包商工厂
3. Realize company’s capacity expansion at the subcon testing factory.
实现公司产能扩充到分包商工厂
4. Investigate follow up the quality cases in subcon’s testing factory, drive the complete resolution.
调查跟进并推动彻底解决分包商工厂质量相关问题
5. Collaborate closely with the subcon’s factory to jointly research develop new solutions fquality improvement, efficiency improvement, cost reduction. Provide clear reports on these solutions improvements.
和分包商工厂端一起深入合作研究改进品质、效率和成本改进方案，并提供清晰的报告
6. Collaborate closely with product PTE to complete daily maintenance of test hardware software.
和产品PTE紧密合作，完成测试硬件、程序的日常维护
7. Strongly support other engineering team fsubcon production test related cases.
支持其他工程团队的需求
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bacheldegree in Electrical Engineering equivalent 电子工程相关专业本科学历
2. At least 1 year IC test related work experience 至少一年相关工作经验
3. Basic knowledge of analog digital circuit analysis, C C++具备模拟和数字电路分析，C或C++分析基础
4. Knowledge of tester platforms is a plus. (such as ETS-88/CTA/ACCO/ASL) 具备测试机平台知识会更佳（如ETS-88/CTA/ACCO/ASL）
5. Ability to read/write in English, verbal skills are preferred. 具备英语读和写的能力，能口语交流更佳
6. Responsibility, Initiative, learning ability communication skill. 责任心，主动性，学习能力，善于沟通
