高级会计岗位职责

【岗位职责】
1、 结合公司工作计划，在总经理的直接领导下，管理分公司会计部门，提供规范化、标准化的代理记账和财务管理指导；
2、 配合总部的审计工作，确保公司账务准确无误，检查并督促外勤部办理外勤事宜；
3、 定期进行财务报表分析，成本核算分析，为公司经营管理决策提供详实依据；
4、 监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的经济活动，并及时向总经理报告，提出有效措施；
5、 执行总部的财务各项规章制度、流程及标准并落实至分公司；
6、 负责公司客户交流会的整体实施，并负责宣讲工作；
7、 负责公司内部财务人员的甄选，远程面试，并定期组织员工财务知识的培训及考核；
8、 不断学习税法内容，确保税务知识与时俱进，并积极有效培养团队成员，为公司储备人才；
【任职要求】
1、 代理记账行业或会计师事务所工作经验3年以上，有审计或者财务管理经验或者有会计培训经验、大型知名企业工作经验者、多个行业会计管理岗位优先；
2、 大专及以上学历，财务类相关专业，持有中级及以上会计职业资格、税务师证书等优先；
3、 精通国家税务及相关法律，熟练使用财务软件，同时掌握各类办公软件；
4、 普通话良好，沟通能力强，具有强烈的责任心和高度的执行力，有良好的集体荣誉感；

上班时间： 周一至周五9：00-12：00，14：00-18：00，周末双休，法定节假日正常休息。

Principal Responsibilities:
• Preparation of accounting related compliance works four Hong Kong international clients;
• Prepare review periodic management reports consolidation packages;
• Review analyze variances interpret results from a management accounting perspective report to client;
• Cooperate with auditors with the compliance matters including annual audit tax filings on behalf of clients;
• Provide Hong Kong tax advice to clients;
• Supervise review junistaff’s work on clients’ accounting payroll duties;
• Meet clients independently to understtheir business activities advise over best structure in Asia international from accounting tax perspective.
Requirements:
• University graduate in accounting qualified accountant;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (accounting/audit);
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting system (MYOB, Xero, Quickbook) requirements is a plus;
• Proven technical expertise a thorough understanding of the HKAS IFRS is a preferred;
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills to be able to communicate independently with CFO-level clients;
• Able to work independently to achieve tight reporting deadlines;
• Based in Shenzhen with occasional travel to Hong Kong fclient meeting professional training;
• Fluent in spoken written English;
• Immediate availability is preferred.

岗位职责：
1.公司日常财务工作的安排处理；
2. 审核、维护公司销售数据，出具销售报表并为公司经营决策提供数据分析；
3. 公司往来账务的处理并提供相应的报表分析；
4. 依据国家法律、法规处理工商税务事务。

任职要求：
1. 年龄在24-33岁，本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，具有3年以上财务相关工作经验，中级以上职称优先；
2. 沟通表达及应变能力良好，较好的协调能力，对数据敏感，擅长分析和提炼；
3. 熟练操作常用办公软件和财务软件，熟悉国家法律法规；
4. 较好的思考力，较强的进取心，有团队配合和大局意识。
